Overall good, service from staff id's good, but often have to go elsewhere for items they don't carry. Fir example, hey have not resumed some pre-Covid things like bakery items that where available as individual items that could be chosen & based by the customer. Rolls packed in 6 or 8 are simply not useful unless you're going to be serving a group. For 1 or 2 people most of package spoils before use.

I bought a bag of frozen salmon fillets here. Over half the bag was foul with fishy smelling nasty fillets. Waste of money. Somewhere along the chain these are probably being allowed to thaw and go bad and then refrozen in the display. NC grocery practices are nasty. Often food is odd or simply disgusting. Management are order followers, cheating & poisoning their own. "Im just doing my job".

Best local grocery store. Close to home and easy to navigate. Usually has what we need at a good price

Catalina is the worse for starters, no professionalism at all. Talks about people like she has room to. My bad experienced occurred on TODAY, less than an hour ago. They do NOT want to help you find things. Apparently they think you should be able to find everything. As in Instacart shopper I am making FOODLION MONEY, I could simply say you didn't have it.Guy in the frozen food aisle refused to tell me his name after I asked him for help and he walked away from me. ALL TRUTH, view your cameras and watch this yourself.Perhaps they get it from Jimmy Long, I asked for his help once and he acted like I was bothering him and sent me to find the item myself.Totally disgusted ex shopper

Went here last night. Not a bad Food Lion, yet the staff seem to not know where you can find items like dried dates and apricots. I had to find them myself. Other than that, it looks like a nice and clean store.

I had good experience buying produce from this store, but that's about it. Two times I had bought chicken and has been rotten. They reduced the price of the product knowing that the product was not good. As for me, I am not buying chicken at Food Lion ever again.

My experience this morning at the Crenshaw Crossing Food Lion was the definition of the people who work there going "above and beyond!" I have recently started going to this location, though the Franklinton and Youngsville Food Lion stores are closer to my house, because the store is usually well stocked, always clean, and the people who work there are very friendly. This morning, I don't know her name, but my receipt says cashier 0215, was so friendly and conversational, and I had a lot in my cart. Anita (I think the manager) came over and scanned all the heavy items so I didn't have to pull them all out. I haven't had that experience in years! So I checked out and got to my car, and my car fob battery was dead! I couldn't get into my car because it's keyless, it just recognizes the fob. So I went back in the store with my very full cart of groceries, and Anita immediately approached and asked if something was wrong. I told her the situation and she was so helpful. She showed me where the batteries were without me having to search for them, and tried helping me figure out how to get into my fob (it turned out to be kind of complex...my fault, but the little buttons and the parts that hold them all came apart, so the fob was in about ten pieces). A very nice man that was shopping there with his daughter helped me (thank you SO much Todd and Amelia!) and I thought I could figure it out from that point, but I couldn't figure it out very easily, had a mountain of groceries, and Anita actually approached the helpful shopper Todd to see if he could further help! While he was reassembling the pieces for me, I offered to buy his daughter something as a gesture of gratitude, and Anita walked over to the refrigerated snacks and helped her pick out something. The genuine interest shown by Anita (and Todd and Amelia) is rare to encounter and so, so appreciated. Todd and Amelia even made sure my fob worked in the parking lot to make sure I could get into my car. I will always be a loyal shopper at this location! This morning's experience is so appreciated.
