Deneen the bank teller , black lady , stiff wig, 230 pounds. Accused me of cashing a fake check , and tried to call me a liar saying I didn’t look like I worked for the government. I had to call her supervisor, just to get my check cashed. Embarrassing and disgusting, you don’t treat hard working people like that.

Great customer service. The bank has answered all my questions in opening up an account for a non-profit organization. Hours of being open has most of the time worked out for me.

Horrible Experience after First South became CresCom Bank! Transition was a hot mess as they shut down everyone's first south debit cards without customers evening knowing. Upon trying to set up my new online banking account services the website actually shut down for hours so that was a fail! Upon activating my new CresCom debit card the CHIP DOES NOT WORK in stores so you have do it 3 times and finally swipe the card! Ugghh!! Also does not work with the Cash App so if I want to transfer funds into my CresCom account IT DOES NOT ACCEPT THE DEPOSIT. After only being a customer with this new bank a few weeks I can happily say that I will be opening a new checking account elsewhere with less hassle and mess!

NO very happy with First South Bank… after probably 20 years of banking with this bank. They up and start charging service fee's on accounts. We were good customers with no problems and after all this time with them, you'd think loyalty would mean something. They would not consider removing any of the service charges and when I said, we would be forced to bank somewhere else I was told "well, thats your choice". So, that is exactly what we will do!!!!!!!
