Service was outstanding!! Food was excellent!! The shrimp and grits was my first time and I can't wait to get another plate!!Wheelchair accessibility: Me and my wife are both disabled but they got us a table outside that was easy to access.

This was by far our best dining experience over the last 3 days while visiting the area. We had to wait 30+ mins for a table, but it was well with the wait. The service was top notch. Our waitress was very attentive. The mango habanero wings were just as great as the ones our local bar does. They were crispy, hot and large. The club sandwich was excellent as well and pretty much to tall to bite. My only suggestions would be to add more bacon to cover both layers since it was pretty much lost in all the turkey, ham and bread. The homemade chips could also be cooked a bit longer since they were mostly soft. Despite all that, this was still a 5 star experience for us.

We were really excited to try this place. Service was good, they were really busy and the guy did a good job. Not sure if the oil was dirty or they just cooked them to long. The crab cakes were not good and they looked awful. I don't mind paying $21 for crab cakes if they aren't over cooked and hard. The burger was great. The Alfredo was alright but it was soupy.I recieved the bill and I expected the total to be what it was. I did not expect a 4% add on to use my card. They put that at the bottom in small print. That should be explained better. I would understand if it was for orders under a certain amount but when you throw 4% on $179 that is crazy. I don't mind the automatic 18% for gratuity that is understandable.

Down on Main is a great restaurant and you will hear y'all a lot! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! I have to say first that the sweet potato maple cheesecake is divine! My husband said it is simply exceptional. It is currently on their Valentine's menu and we suggested they make it a part of their regular menu. My husband ordered the grilled pimiento cheese with homemade chips. It was very good and very big. The servings of everything are very generous! He also had the fried cheese and grits. This needed something else because frying made the grits dry out quite a bit. He said he would not order again. I had the shrimp lettuce wraps with Thai chili sauce. It was very good. Plan to eat with a fork and knife. I also had the side kale salad which was very delicious. The kale was tender. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were timely with checking back in during the meal. If y'all are in Washington, NC y'all should stop in for a bite!

I recently tried the fried green tomato/pimento cheese sandwich and it was beyond amazing. ITS HUGE… but I gave the other half away and that person bought it the next day. I bragged about it to my parents who now consider it a favorite as well. Highly recommend? Plus the atmosphere of DOM is lots of fun!

It was loud. Food took way too long to get. Unreasonably expensive for most things. My partner and I asked for medium rare burgers for well done. They also made us sick. My fresh "chips" were floppy. 3 bucks for unsweetened tea come on. Bathrooms were filthy and our table wasn't cleaned when we sat down. We won't be going back. The food was also bland and they don't have the Grease temp high enough so the batter didn't absorb it for the $10 fried pickles....

I wish there was a 4.5 start option. The food as always was fantastic. Drinks are awesome. The service was good and friendly. The atmosphere though, while fun, is suffering. It's gotten kind of dingy (with bathroom being just gross). I hate to knock it a whole star, because I truly enjoy the place. But although our food was excellent, our last visit left us kinda feeling "eh".

Good place for some pub food. I ordered their fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese. Boy, you definitely need someone to eat it with you. A tad heavy on the batter but otherwise it's good. Hubby had the Steele burger, med rare. He said it's delicious. Definitely recommend if you're around Washington.

Highly overrated, I had the a bowl of Clam Chowder, Slightly larger than a cup, could not find a clam in it. Fried Pickles were buried in pancake batter. My SIL had the Gumbo, again no meat there either, slightly larger than a cup. Service was painfully slow. Customers were mostly geriatric so they were literally shouting at each other. Oysters were commercial grade, at best, definitely not choice or select. Most likely could have received the same quality at a roadside stand.

We went here three times this summer. Each time we went by boat as there is free docking along the river front. This last time we brought along a friend and her teen son. Ever visit the food , drinks and service were absolutely excellent. First visit I had the club sandwich which is enormous and so delicious. The second trip I got the turkey wrap and that was so good. This most recent trip I had the shrimp burger. It was piled high with tender , lightly battered shrimp. The cocktail sauce was amazing. Each visit I got the sweet potato waffle fries as I got hooked on the first visit. Their bartenders mix perfect cocktails. We will return again next summer when we go boating again

Waited for an hour to be seated, they took at least two other parties of similar size ahead of us, so ... I couldn't tell how the food was, we left and dined elsewhere. Well, I can tell you how the food was at Marabella's, excellent! And we were seated in 15 minutes. They made the effort to move things around to accommodate us... All the while wearing a smile ?

Visited on Saturday night with my husband. Each of us ordered the fried shrimp and house cut chips. He got a salad and I got slaw. His salad was a very nice size and tasty. The slaw was just okay. Just a little too much mayonnaise for me. Everything else was delicious!

Wound up here since they were open and have to admit very busy but took good care of us. Food was good bar food. Lively place looks to be fun late night
