Bought a gas stove from lowes even got their extended warrant. got it home hooked it up. gas company came out found out from them my new stove had a leak in it from the manufacturer. Im trying to file a warranty claim this is a joke with this company they transfer you from one dept to anther and another. Just to tell me it would be 2 weeks till they can even look at it so i have 1000$ floor weight. can't even cook. I'm calling the BBB. & ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE the company is a JOKE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE FAILURE .The CEO need to quit wish I could give a -5 star review I would

I ordered a washer and dryer in October to have installed when I moved November 2. I got a call the day of delivery, that they couldn’t reach my place in the truck they sent- (my moving truck had no issues, nor did Costco delivery that same day). Lowe’s assured me they would be there the next day to deliver. The next day, Lowe’s did not show up and Lowe’s did not call. I had to contact them back asking when my set would arrive. The soonest they could reschedule was 4 days later. They show up with a dented washer and the incorrect dryer. They discounted the washer, so I kept it despite the dents- I had them take back the incorrect dryer (looked nothing like the washer). They then couldn’t deliver the correct dryer until the next week- they delivered and installed the dryer, and we left for a trip. When we returned I tried to use the dryer, but was unable as it had been installed incorrectly with 80% blockage to the exhaust. They then couldn’t come out for an additional 5 days to fix. I also made them fix the incorrect install of the washer as it was not actually attached to the base! This washer and dryer were ordered in October. They were unusable until December 3. If I could give the delivery service a 0 I would. Please be aware, this Lowes is USELESS and you will be disappointed.

Ordered all new appliances for kitchen. Received confirmation phone call day before, yet day of NO DELIVERY and no other communication whatsoever. Cancelled very large expensive order due to blatant incompetence. I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t follow through.

I went to Lowe’s in Weaverville to buy moving boxes. I expected to pay the website price of $54.67 for 20 boxes and Scotch labels. I get to the register and they don’t want to honor the price on the Lowe’s website. The website doesn’t say Online Only. It shows the items available in this store today. The manager said I would only get that price if I ordered online. I said no I expect this price in store since I picked out the items. Then the crazy thing is the manager gave me an even cheaper price! I’m no longer going to shop at Lowe’s because this isn’t the first time Lowes has not honored their website bulk price.

Delivered a fridge that was found to be defective while the installers were still here. They left the fridge in my kitchen and said someone would call me to come replace it. When they called, they said all they could do was refund it after they pick it up and I would have to purchase another as they didn’t do exchanges. They then told me it would be about 2 weeks before someone can come get it and the refund would take 7-10 days after. So they left me with a broken fridge in my kitchen with my original fridge next to it for 2 weeks with no other option of replacement. They have my $2000 tied up now and for over 3 weeks and I am left with no fridge. Had the same issue back with a flooring install. After they ripped up and removed my carpet, they left bare floors for 2 weeks again, dodging exposed tack strips as I walk around my living room. Life long Lowe’s customer now shopping at Home Depot. Take your business to a someone who cares, even if you have to drive farther to get the service your money deserves.

I live in Weaverville and I am happy to have Lowes in my neighborhood. Since it carries just about everything, it is really a convenience. I Must admit that I was not in favor of it coming here, but now I see that we really needed it.

Randy Phillips in the Weaverville store helped us get a new head for our weedeater. Took the time to tell us about power differences and considerations about putting the same new head on our battery powered weedeater. Very pleasant and told us about his experiences with his own yard.

Karen at the paint counter is an absolute treasure. Very kind and very knowledgeable. Convinced the department would fall apart without her. Definitely a great experience!

Over priced items! Walmart has the exact same wood stain for 6-7 dollars less! Also, Dremel tools are a lot cheaper at Walmart! Why are we paying for over priced items? Or, are we paying more because of the "Lowe's" name on the outside of the building?!?!

Generally a good shopping experience except for the store associate named Jean with the mask on. I stood there waiting for her to finish a conversation with a gentleman so that I a question for several minutes. She never acknowledged me. I asked if I could ask a question and she ignored me, continuing to talk about 2nd amendment. I have no problem with the topic but she should have paused it to do her job.

This store is clean and tidy and well laid out. The staff members are always friendly and willing to assist if needed. Everyone that works there knows where everything is located somehow. Really knowledge employees if you need help figuring out how to build something.

Most of the employees at this store a great, but if you’re a woman and you’re looking for help to find something, do not ask the man named Bill. Instead of telling me where to find what I was looking for, Bill decided to tell me that I don’t know what I’m doing for the project I’m working on (something I’ve done successfully before, mind you) and called me “little lady” throughout the whole conversation. I literally got into an argument with this man where he was going back and forth with me saying I was doing it wrong and just overall spent his time mansplaining to me how mesh fencing works instead of actually answering my question. And he never even told me where to find what I was looking for. Had to leave and go to Tractor Supply. So if you’re like me and don’t take kindly to men telling you you can’t do something or mansplaining simple topics to you, DONT ASK BILL!!!!
