these guys are horrible. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A SCAM! I signed up for a virtual visit (they force you to put your card information in) and they left me waiting for 3 hours for them the finally join the call. I joined and so did the clinician and within 10 seconds, with no words exchanged, they hung up the call and expect me to make another virtual appointment. I checked my card and they charged it twice for 99.00 a piece. They claim the max they will charge is 99.00 AFTER THE APPOINTMENT HAS CONCLUDED. This ended up not to be true. I've been on the phone with their customer service for an hour and nobody is answering. WHAT A BUNCH OF BOZOS!

They tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Don’t waste your time just sitting there. Been waiting over 30 minutes for my “scheduled appointment”. Total BS.

I went there at the urging of my significant other. I had been sick all week and I waited about 15 minutes to be seen.

I've had a sinus infection for 2 weeks, and finally decided to get checked out for it yesterday since my pain level reached its peak. I hustled to get myself and my infant daughter dressed, drove 45 minutes in the pouring rain, crying from the pain my headache was causing me, and got there 30 minutes before they closed. I walked up to the sign in kiosk, and read a note that said they would not be seeing any more patients for the day due to the high patient volumes they had experienced. I was, and still am, livid. What type of medical facility turns patients away? You can't claim to offer patient care if you won't care for patients. I went there because it was closer to me than Asheville, which is where I ended up going anyway, and where I received great care. Next time, I'll skip the convenient clinic, and drive the extra time with the confidence in knowing that I will actually receive care. Patient care is crucial in the healthcare industry, and turning away patients is a big red flag. Needless to say, I will not return to this facility.

I was misdiagnosed by the nurse practitioner who did not know the difference between Chickenpox and Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease. So I got reported to the health department as a case of chickenpox and then kicked out of the place I was on vacation because of it. Even though I didn't have chickenpox.
