I just brought my Ford transit 350 to Western Auto last Tuesday 2 days before Thanksgiving. They ran a free diagnostic and found it needed a new alternator. The gentleman came up to tell me what he had found and had an estimate to replace with a new OEM part. He had already called an d located it. He told me they could have it in by Monday morning. I took it first thing and picked it up 6 hours later. They were courteous, professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

Definitely the best place to get your car or truck fixed. Brought in my truck for them to fix everything up, and it came out flawless! Absolutely one of the best auto motive shops in wake county. Decent pricing with everything make this place a bonus 👍

The service is quick, you have a very comfortable waiting room with rocking chairs and a tv, you get so relaxed you don't even mind waiting! The staff is phenomenal, pleasant and friendly and very accommodating
