They didn’t deliver on their promise. I was unable to communicate with 2 workers and was told 3 would come missed so many things. I left 4 VM for the company trying to get the owner no return calls.
Then when they asked to be paid I said have the owner come I will be happy to pay her. They called her on the phone and she picked up right away

Very professional and truly exceptional cleaning service for my house. Very easy to contact, with an excellent website to add any additional work that's needed. The staff is very nice and sincere. Entering the house after a long day, and seeing the warm, finishing touches from this leaning service, has improved the quality of my life. A+.

The Ladies were lovely, on time, cleaned all areas to perfection! The floors have a beautiful luster and products used compliment what we already use as well … a perfect fit for our needs, and the same Ladies return each time, very impressed with that detail. Highly recommend this company for packaging a “personal touch” from start to finish!

In response to the owners response: I haven't even lived here for 9 years so I have not known you that long. You cleaned my house once probably around 6 or 7 years ago. I never spoke to you again after that until my mother recently hired you. I am gainfully employed as a middle school teacher here in town and have been for quite some time. Please respond to the issue at hand. My mother did not have 3 cleanings from your company. There have been many billing mistakes. You told me it was because the girl who works in the office keeps messing up and you need to fire her. It's not right to keep charging an elderly woman who is retired. Do better and be better.
Beware!!! This company is ridiculous. My mother hired them to deep clean her apartment. They came and cleaned it. Did an okay job but charged her $580 for a small 2 bedroom that was not very dirty. Whatever, that's fine. My mom's card was charged twice. After speaking with the owner 3-4 times it was finally refunded. We told them my mom no longer wanted their services. 2 weeks later my mom received a text that the cleaners were on the way. We told them not to come. They did anyways and said she would be charged either way because she did not cancel 24 hours in advance. She had never scheduled the cleaning in the first place. We told the cleaners to go ahead and do it because they were going to take her money either way. I spoke with the owner and told her my mom does not want their cleaning services anymore and to take her off of their schedule indefinitely. Fast forward to one month later and my mom receives another text telling her the cleaners are running late. I talked to the girl at the office and told her that my mom is no longer a client and cleaners should not even be scheduled to go to her house. The girl said fine and said she would take care of it. They charged my mom $100. The owner just told me that my mom's house was cleaned and she probably does not remember it. What??? My mom's house was never cleaned by them a third time. The owner told me to fight it with the bank. We will do just that. There are plenty of great cleaning companies in Wilmington. Steer clear from here. The owner is a ripoff artist.
