Great storage spot. Just recently rented large unit for one month while I waited for apartment. Also have had small unit for over a year. Management very helpful! No problems.

The payment website is difficult to find and harder to use. You are just clicking the button/line in random places hoping it will finally click. This happens in multiple places on the payment screen. They don't have a reminder system in place to email you to pay rent. Any business can set up reminders to be emailed to customers. I don't think it is too much to ask. Then if you forget, they just up the price but don't explain what the charges are. I called up and asked why was it 60 dollars? Because that is what you owe. I had to all but beg her to explain how it got to 60 dollars. It should plainly say 45 dollars + 15 late fee. I shouldn't have to guess or beg to know the answer. She was so rude, I hung up and just pecked around online some more to figure out how to pay. The website needs to be redone so you don't just have to click all around to finally get to pay. This isn't some easter egg to be discovered. When I have to spend 5 minutes on a website to find where to pay and put in my payment something is seriously wrong with your website.

One way in one way out makes it difficult sometimes when combing in and or leaving when folks are unloading and loading.
