I drove from Virginia to test drive a honda element a couple of weeks ago and ended up buying it. I love my car and it's in great shape. I would purchase another vehicle from C&H in the future based on my experience.

The one guy that helped me was very friendly however I had called the day before to get info for getting an estimate on my car. I was told I could bring it anytime before 5pm Monday through Friday. I asked if I could bring it the next day sometime after lunch and they said that would be fine. I live about 30 minutes from them and when I got there the guy looked at my car but said the lady that wrote out the estimates was just there in the mornings. If they had told me that when I called I would've come in the morning, so I made a trip more or less for nothing cause I left with what I call a guesstimate and nothing in writing.
