I arrived at Kohl's ready to shop for workout clothing, however Sephora caught my eye and I went in there on my way to try on the stuff I had picked out. The staff member working that day was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped me find the perfect moisturizer for my skin based on the answers I provided to her questions. In fact, I was so appreciative of her attentiveness and of the fact she truly wanted to help me, that I ended up re-racking the clothes, and only got the moisturizer from Sephora. I will definitely be shopping at this location again...customer service will win me over EVERY time it is executed properly, and will have me going elsewhere when it isn't. The lady working at Sephora on 1/26 made me a regular customer with her outstanding service! Kudos!

My store experience was very good. Two clerks, one was Regina and the gentleman was of Indian descent but I cannot remember his name, were very professional and helpful. However, I apparently do not have a rewards account. I called the number given to work that out and the associate could not help me. Corporate headquarters apparently does not have my phone number or e-mail address despite having been given this information multiple times. They keep wanting my social security number. I gave them the last 4 digits, but will not give them the whole number. They did not seem interested in helping me set up my rewards account. I am disappointed that I will no longer feel comfortable shopping at Kohls

The last visit was a pickup I placed online; word of advice, double check to make sure your order is correct. I checked the bag, like I normally do, and my order was completely wrong.Luckily, what I ordered was still in stock, and I was able to get the correct items, but I wasn't happy with what happened and the inconvenience it caused me.However, customer service was helpful and happy to help. ? Thank you again for solving the mix-up, which should not have happened if someone had been paying attention to begin with.

Kohl's gets 2 stars for their return policy it is by far the best nation wide. However I don't like the pressure sales tactic to open a Kohl's credit card or to give my phone number to get store credits. If I have to say no 3 times. And then the cashier trys to make me look stupid because I'm missing out on 5 bucks. When in reality not everyone is willing to give thier private information to save 5 bucks. I understand the cashiers are forced to ask but when it effects customer experience then it needs to be looked at on how can they can get customers to sign up for these benefits without bad tactics.

Staff is always great. Love all the gals and guys at the check out. They are warm, friendly and are so helpful. Truly great customer service.
