I have to have a blood test every month because I am on the Kidney Transplant List. I usually get it done during any of my regular doctor’s visits, but since I had none during December I came to this walk in lab. The place is kind of hidden but my GPS got me there. Plenty of private parking out front. You check yourself in at a kiosk and take a seat. Waiting area has plenty of seating and space and is very clean. I was called up to reception within 20 minutes, she finished my check in process and then called me to the back to draw blood. The tech was very friendly and professional and treated me with respect. Took about a minute to draw blood and I was done. They do all types of medical testing here and it’s good to know when you need a lab.

I'm still waiting on my test results. When my daughter had to have her test done for her allergies, it took weeks for them to get it back.I don't know why this place takes forever.

Pretty efficient, it took me around 15 minutes since the moment I check in until I check out for a pre employment screening/test. The lady at the front desk was very efficient as well and made the whole process pretty easy and straightforward. They definitely value people’s time.

What started out as a crappy day which I base on the unprofessional rude and unempathetic behavior of medical personnel at the drs office I just left…which had sent me to Labcorp to get bloodwork done …ended up being a profoundly different day thanks entirely to one lady at Labcorp!
I did not retain her name but she has very short hair… close cropped to her scalp really and glasses…black lady …it starts with an S I do believe.. she checked us in and took my blood… she was so good I never knew she was getting blood like 7 vials! It was amazing that I never felt the needle …I was shocked as I’m normally a hard stick… but what happened next shocked me even more or my reaction I should say…she simply said a kind word to me I don’t even remember what she said but I remember how it made me feel,..I started crying! I thanked her and couldn’t control myself! I had been so upset over the past few days really at the behavior of the medical community on different levels from the pharmacy on up! I was in a lot of pain …She then started to cry and struggled to finish so she could give me the best hug ever! She said a prayer of kind words of strength for me and sent me on my way…I sat in the car for a period of time just letting loose while my husband hugged and supported m better when I left there for sure.
I tell this story only because that woman is an angel who deserves recognition for caring and to show how a kind word can and does impact others…I feel it’s one of the most important qualities a medical professional should have…empathy. I will pray someone who can do something for her sees this and recognizes what an outstanding employee/human being they have there. Thank you again if you happen to see this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk is incredibly rude. I recommend driving further to a different location.

Check in was decent but after waiting 45 minutes and not being called back I had to leave for another appointment. Went to the desk to tell them and everyone was gone. Was not any more crowded than usual, should not have taken this long.

Very unorganized and in need of a better defined work flow for the front. Also going through the entire checkin at the kiosk for a returned specimen and then waiting 15 minutes is unacceptable. I rated a 3 because there were some very nice staff members.

The staff is incredibly rude. First time I ever felt it was worth leaving a negative review. The wait time for an appointment is insanely long. Would recommend using a different location if possible.

I have never been in so much pain for routine clinical labwork. The nurse lady like angled the needle in my vein so bad it looked like the vein was going to pop through my arm. Ouch!

Excellent customer service. Everyone was was very welcoming and friendlyI was seen quickly. Jualisa drew my blood and when she said she was finished I thought she had not even started. Excellent. I have been to a lot of Labcorps and this one is the best I have ever been to. Do not pay any attention to the bad reviews based on my experience this is not the case here.

Today's visit for blood draw was disturbing. Lab tech worked on computer with her right hand while holding the needle in my arm with her left hand. About 6 tubes of blood needed and the needle moved back and forward, and side to side in my vein until it came out. Unfortunately before enough blood obtained for the labs. When I questioned the Lab Tech, she said " sometimes you got to do two things at once, we are short staffed". I was the only patient in the lab at that time and two other staff members out front were talking and laughing with each other. I was treated like a robot, the Lab Tech was uncaring.

Giving a 4 only because of the actual phlebotomists. They are friendly and work their tails off! I rate LabCorp in general a 0. Shame on you labcorp for not giving these ladies more help! 2 people working and got a waiting room FULL. Much respect to the actual phlebotomists.

This was a terrible experience. The nurses were bickering back and forth. None seemed to want to be there. The half asleep woman behind the person that checked me in ended up being the one to take my blood (gulp). She was cold, unsympathetic to the fact I was not good giving blood. Had huge bruise for a week later. Will NEVER go there again. I will let our 2 year old grandson do it before these folks do
