I have been going to this Walmart for a while and this is the first time I was told to put my bookbag in the front of the store because its store policy. Then as I proceed to get my reese the walmart app isn't working and the same worker that asked me to put my bookbag at the front of the store is hoovering over me watching me pay for the reese. Since the app wasn't working I decided to leave but customer service made me feel very uncomfortable especially because I have been to this walmart numerous times for 3 months with my bookbag and I have NEVER BEEN ASKED TO PUT MY BOOKBAG AT THE FRONT.

I love this little Walmart. I'm from Lowgap (close to Mt Airy) Every time I go to Winston I stop there. The employees are always nice and helpful. I enjoy my shopping experience. And I find some good deals too

This neighborhood walmart is close to home, and I come here often, so at times, I pray that they have what I I'm looking for. This location seems to always be out of stock on a variety of things(even when online it says they have it, but who knows if they even keep up with that), and it may not be their fault, I know it could be due to short staffing too, but then I realize for this location to have a lot more self check out registers with a bunch of employees huddled around just standing there talking, hmm somethings off, and yes i do see some are pushing carts trying to stock up on stuff and doing the best they can(way to go) on the aisles, but God forbid you get in their way too, I've almost gotten run over a few times, and thats me already at the aisles before they come rolling their carts through. Also, if you have any questions about where something is, I suggest you just hunt for it yourself because it's like pulling teeth to ask any questions there. Again, the majority of registers are self check out with one maybe two employees (in a good day lol)on their registers for those who have a lot more things to scan, so i dont understand why they just seem so unhelpful at time, it really is convenient to come here, especially after work when its right down your ally to get your family fed or whatever you may need, and this is not only me venting, guys. It's been a few times, and I'm over it, I guess I'll just have to go up the street to Harris Teeter and just pay a few extra dollars, but it's all good they at least deals so i guess a win is a win. Should you have to go, get what you need, pray it's there, pay and go, lol

This Walmart is a grocery store with a pharmacy inside but not all the other things you normally look for at Walmart. I have shopped here a number of times and every time the store looks clean with well stocked shelves. The employees I have dealt with have been nice and friendly. Even though this is a grocery store they still have a good amount of customers every trip I have made here. I can recommend this business.

While I used to be happy shopping this store, service has deteriorated recently. Yesterday I waited 25 minutes in the grocery pick up area and finally had to go inside the store to find someone to help me. The female manager was very rude and basically dismissed my wait by saying they were understaffed. The one male associate, Jerrell, actually helped me find someone to locate my order and get it to my car. Phone calls to discuss with the manager went unanswered. Phone just kept ringing except for once when the associate cut me off.

They should post that is it all self check out. No cashiers open lines!! This is frustrating in the fact that they only have one plastic bag holder for each check out line for you to bag your stuff. They are not very willing to help non English speaking people do the self check out. The older population also seems to struggle with this as well. Reluctant to return.

This morning I was picking up a prescription from the pharmacy and noticed a woman with an over sized child in her grocery cart. She and her offspring failed to wear masks which directly violated Walmart's store policy and the clearly posted signs at the entrance doors. No employee or anyone in a managerial position addressed the mask less COVID-19 Spreaders. Poor judgment, poor response and poor management.

Everyone knows you don't go to Wal-Mart for great customer service, but this one carries their lack of customer service to new lows. The people who work here seem to go out of their way to be rude to customers. This isn't just one visit this is from an accumulation of different visits since they opened here.

I love this Wal-Mart because of its location. My daughter usually comes here to get all of her grocery needs since she attends WSSU. This establishment has never been busy when I come here and they offer self check out so there's no waiting in long lines, and they offer competitive deals!

The absolute worst customer service. Self checkout kiosk did not provide a receipt. I waited 55 minutes for a manager only to be told she didn't know how to print a receipt! â€
