It was closed at 5 pm and it says on the door until 7 plis the open sign was still on. Drove 30 min to take my kids there and no one opened the door

Good prices on shoes to buy but they are unprofessional and a waste of time when it comes to selling your own. They also do not stay open the hours that are on google.

Not customer service experience. They think you’re here to serve them. Not to mention homeless looking dude that works behind the counter is rude, never helps with anything, and leaves early/opens late everyday. No wonder they’ve had the same shoes since they opened in 2020
