my experience with this transmission shop top notch. They are good at their craft. They honor their warranty. They keep their word. I am very very impressed and I highly recommend any business owners residential clients from commercial to residential. They have my recommendation hands-down thank you guys for saving my business.

?⚠️STOP AND THINK?⚠️
Had them to rebuild my transmission!! Paid them $3,600.00. Ran for about a year and 2 months. It Started smoking! Took it back to them, and they said something about a pump that came off inside of the transmission!! The transmission that they fixed (supposed to have fixed) for me!! Said it was NOTHING they could do because it was out of warranty!! Said that I had to replace the transmission AGAIN! It was a reason they where available when I needed someone to fix my transmission. They was 5th on my list, it's just everyone else was booked out for a month or two, and I went with them ??♂️??♂️. Worst MISTAKE I've made in my life!! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE FOLKS!! Then on top of all that, once I got my car towed back home, they had the transmission and all parts in the back seat and trunk ??. These folks are HORRIBLE!!

Just talked to Scott at Seb's Transmission Repair in Winston-Salem, NC and thanked him for the great attention and service to me as I was stuck 850 miles from home with a malfunctioning transmission. My options were very limited at this point !
Scott and his father treated me with respect and kindness and attention.
They put me in the right direction as to the cause of the problem and spent at least 45 mins on the car diagnosing the issue and did not charge me one dime!!!!

I could tell these guys were not thrilled with working on the transmission i dropped off for a rebuild, due to the complexity of this specific trans, 4L30E, but after a few days, it was ready for pick up. I re-installed it in the truck myself. Truck ran and shifted great, better then it ever has really. 2 months later and still doing great. Thanks guys, the next one i drop off will be much easier i promise

Fantastic experience. I needed a total rebuild on a classic restoration. Price was noticeably lower than anywhere else in town but they got me in within a few days (instead of months like others) and had me on the road in 4 days! The new trans is smooth as butter & shifts tight, like new! Even repaired several things around it that needed fixin & they just owned it start to finish. Great team, very knowledgeable. Took one look out the window at my van & he knew exactly what it would take to fix it right. Only place I'll bring transmissions!Service: Transmission

Seb's has done quite a bit of work on our fleet. Pricing to my knowledge is very competitive, turn around has always been quick, customer service has been excellent, any issues rapidly and satisfactorily resolved, and he's honest, if there's a better option they'll tell you.
