I cannot adequately describe my experience with everyone associated with Winston Salem, NC Sleepnumber. Marco was a complete joy to work with purchasing my bed! Thank you, Marco! I do have back and hip issues experiencing pain while trying to sleep. Sleep is so restful and pain-free with my Sleepnumber! Also the delivery gentlemen could not have been more polite and helpful! Delivery was a breeze and they demonstrated the website and settings so patiently. If I could give everyone involved in this purchase 10+ stars, I definitely would. Best. Purchase. Ever.

Great experience with Sleep Number in Winston Salem. Store was a little busy the day we went in but the customer service from Marco was outstanding and easy. We love our new bed!!! He helped us select the one that met our needs and everything from purchase to delivery to set up went just as promised. Highly recommend.

Just a word about the Winston Salem location first of all the welcome we received from Abdullah was genuine and he made us feel welcome he talked us through the entire process we left with a quote and 4 days later he asked his manager to reach out to us to let us know about a new offer Marco spent a lot of time texting me and then called and he was not satisfied until we had what we wanted the determination he had in making sure we were satisfied with our purchase was amazing and we appreciated the friendly service and the fact that we were all satisfied with the outcome.. they went above and beyond we appreciate that guys thanks

Every step of purchasing our “Sleep Number” mattress from trying several mattresses out in the store to the delivery and setup in our bedroom was smooth without any problems. Marco was a joy to work with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and helped us save money where he could. This is our third “Sleep Number” purchase with the first being over 30 years ago. When you factor in the cost, in the long run, the “Sleep Number” mattress is cheaper as most mattresses only last around 10 years. Ours lasted 30 years and was still firm and comfortable as day one. No coils or wires protruding through. If you are looking for a very comfortable mattress at a decent price when figuring it will last 30 years or more and will still be firm and comfortable as of day one, this is the mattress for you.
