This post is for everyone, especially the Ladies,
Up to now, I’ve always felt uncomfortable waiting around an auto shop while I was getting an oil change or my car inspected.
It was even worse if I had to try to explain a problem that I was having with my car.
I finally decided to stop by SpeeDee Auto Service
As soon as I got parked, an employee came out to me and asked how they could help me.
Everyone was so kind and respectful. Once the problem with my car was located, a mechanic took the time to explain to me what was wrong, how he could fix it, how much time it was going to take to fix it, and approximate cost.
So ladies if you have felt like this before, I highly recommend stopping by SpeeDee Oul Change & Auto Service.
They have a nice area you can wait in and they will make you feel very comfortable.

All I needed was a safety inspection for NC registration. These guys acknowledged me right away when I arrived on a Saturday morning and took my car right in. They finished the inspection and checkout within ten minutes. I was very grateful for the prompt attentive service.

stopped in here just for a state inspection.
I wasn't pressured into any other services.
a few days later brought my other vehicle in for an oil change.
The service was quick, professional and hassle free. the waiting rooms are clean with plenty of seating.
I will return again.

WOW! Traveling through the state and the dreaded tire light comes on…. Ugh! Found SpeeDee and hoped they could help us out! Not only did they figure out the problem and fix it, they were so polite and had us back on the road in record time! Impressive! No gouging or acting like we were car dummies! Thumbs up from this weary traveler!

It was a very good experience. From the the very nice lady working the desk that checked me in the moment that I arrived to updating me throughout the process and asking which parts that I wanted replaced after showing me what they looked like without the feeling of trying to up-sell me to the fast service that was performed on my car at a reasonable price. Definitely will be coming back for more service whenever it is needed and I definitely would recommend this business. Too bad they are Cowboy fans, just kidding.

Needed my car inspected and Luke was extremely accommodating. He and his colleague were both professional and efficient. I was given a coupon for my next oil change. Will definitely be returning for auto service.

I came here for my breaks , rotors & had them changed a year and half ago (2023) started having trouble again with them this year (2024). I would say it has been a process but Danny (GM) , Bo(DM) and Luke who is the assistant manger has been helpful with this stressful process. I would say to always get a print out of the estimate that’s given byt other wise they do a good job & very helpful , they also have financing that was very helpful for me .
