The store is 100% disgusting. Rotten, moldy, leaky produce. Trash all over the parking lot, can't really even shop the clothes because most of it is on the floor. Prices missing so never know what price you will get at the register. Very rude employees and managers are just as rude

I travel all over the world, and am always sure stop at Walmart for any of my needs.I visited this Walmart in Winston Salem with my sister and we experienced a lack of customer service and professionalism from two employees. I was disappointed with their lack of care for a mistake that was in Walmart's hands, and I was simply trying to get the price that I had seen on the shelf. I was hurried and treated as though I was wrong for wanting to double-check and reassure them that I wasn't making up the price I had seen. The woman tried to sing over me as I tried to explain to her the issue. Unfortunately, the two women I spoke to found it very odd that I wanted to hold the store accountable for the price shown on the shelf. Sadly from now on I have to take extra time to double check all of my purchases! Proof of pictures below.

This location is easily the worst Walmart to visit in Winston from the parking lot to the inside of the store it's dirty and never stocked the staff are also very rude sit outside of the family restroom for over 20 minutes to take my daughter in for a diaper change and a employee walked out who clearly was escaping work for a bathroom break I mentioned that it was meant for families and he instantly got hostile but what do you expect from a Walmart employee

When I tell you that THIS has got to be, by far, the worst Walmart Supercenter I have EVER shopped at, you'd better believe me and avoid going altogether... unless you are the type of person that, literally, has nothing else to do throughout your day and don't mind at all waiting in an insanely long line before checking out. In comparison to other Walmart Supercenters across Winston-Salem, this store lacks both in variety of quality products to employees made available for service. With maybe two cashiers staffed for checking out the entire, massive store, you will find yourself noticing the enormous line of patrons gradually moving towards their turn at the self-checkout immediately upon entry! No matter what time of day that you try to shop here, it is ALWAYS overrun with people slowly pushing carts throughout the store with dozens of loud children at their side.

The worst Walmart. Every single time the store is completely understaffed and wait times are incredibly long. There is no sense of urgency among the employees and there are 5 lanes open and self checkout out of 30 lanes - and the lines (including self checkout) are all 10-20 people long.

This store is in the hood, the staff is very racist hates white people, most have bad attitudes and when you ask for help they won't help you. when you go to the parking lot there is people out there begging for money almost everyday. do not I repeat do not go here "racists". Go to the store in King instead were people are nice, and respect all races.

This Walmart Supercenter is usually well stocked, relatively clean, and has helpful staff for the most part. I do appreciate that this store has a FedEx Office Center inside and also allows for seamless online ordering/in-store pickup. That being said, I rate this location three stars because there are always VERY long checkout lines. Unfortunately, despite having multiple checkout lanes, this store's self checkout section is always the busiest, and the one moving the fastest. The other traditional checkout lanes are usually closed, with only the express lane and two others open at a time. Keep in mind that there are probably 15 checkout lanes. No matter when I go to the store, it is always short on open lanes. This is not great for customer service, for shoppers who have multiple items to purchase, or for those who are time conscious. I have literally stood behind customers with a huge cart (sometimes multiple carts) of food in the self checkout lanes, when I only had a few items. They couldn't figure out how to work the self checkout process or how to bag their own food themselves. The result was everyone behind them waiting longer than needed. This happens all the time. It's frustrating and causes a huge time lag. Basically, be prepared to potentially spend an extended amount of time in this particular Walmart. If you are in a hurry, or only need a few staple items, I recommend going further up the street to the smaller Neighborhood Walmart Store on University.

There were several copies of a board that my daughter wanted on one of the clearance shelves. All the copies were priced the same. When I got to the self-checkout, the scanner couldn't find the game in their system. After forever, an employee finally showed up and couldn't get it to scan either. Instead of manually entering in the price, she left to go find someone else. So now, again, we're stuck waiting around. When the second employee shows up, she couldn't get it to scan either. Yay for redundancy! Then this person looks game up on their app and tries to charge me the Walmart.com price and not the clearance price. Any other store would have had a competent employee that could have manually entered in the stickered clearance price. A good store would have just comped the item since it wasn't showing up in their system. This s*** a** Walmart wasted 15+ minutes of my time only to try and charge me the same non-clearance price that I could buy the game from at anytime, direct from their website.

This is a terrible and I will NEVER shop there again They are aggravating they never clean the store it's always nasty. They don't put toilet paper in the restrooms and you have to share one toilet with thousands of shoppers. They are rude and disrespectful. The management is a JOKE. The employees when you go in there and ask for help they always make it seem like your in their way when they get paid to help you find what you need. I hae arthritis and on days that I i need a rideable cart they are all dead or they have an unattended baby on it. They decided to put up gates and you can't go out the way you came unless you walk all the way down to self check out just to go out. What am I a prisoner they have decided to take take away a lot of the parking so you have no parking to go into the store and then after that they decided to close the main entrance to go inside the building and so now you have to walk all the way down to the other end to go in the building this place has turned out to be a serious joke if you need to go to Walmart I decide to go to the neighborhood Walmart or go to Walmart in King North Carolina. Oh and I forgot to mention they never have anyone working the registers to check you out. If they have anyone working it They have to stand there and take five minutes to just do one items because theyy have too go so slow.

Stopped by to purchase something from the Automotve department,waited for 5 mins at the check out counter ( in the Automotve department) before the very rude sale Associate finally came up to the counter to check me out , doesn't say a word to me , starts cleaning her nails out as she's waiting for the receipt, it finally comes she hands it to me and just stares at me ( as if I owe her a thank you after you doesn't give me THE CUSTOMER a thank you , as I go to walk out the door ( witch has a lock on it that they have to press to open the door) I pull on it it's locked I look back at her and she's still cleaning her nails looks up at me rolls her eyes then continues to stare at me as I walk out ! Terrible customer service!
