I went for the first time today to get a big chop! Shannon was so sweet and did such a great job. I was so comfortable and felt safe to discuss my hair difficulties. The salon is clean and welcoming. She took her time and didn't rush at all. I'll be going back for sure! I encourage others to go experience what I did!

I went and seen Shannon the other day and got quite a bit of hair cut off and when I left, I liked the cut. I didn't love it but I was happy with it. Now me not loving it is nothing against Shannon, it's me. I'm hard to love stuff especially ON ME! That being said a few days later and styling it a couple different ways I absolutely LOVE this cut! So versatile and easy just like I told her I wanted. I have naturally curly hair and she did NOT cut it too short as many do! She was very sweet and easy to talk to. And my cut is perfect! And now with the shorter length it takes zero effort really to brush wash condition and style it. She did a fantastic job. ? and I enjoyed the time spent there with her.

As usual, Karen did an excellent job!!! Karen was my stylist before I moved out of state. No one compares to her. I came down to visit family and was determined to have her cut my hair. She has amazing expertise! I highly recommend her!!!

I use to go here for all of my hair care needs for the first year it was great after that it went down hill the hairstylist I was using decide to ghost me I have been messaging her for 4 months now and cant get a message back at all customer service has taken a toll on my opinion on this place and it's a shame
