My second review. They sending my packages back because they say it's not a envelope but the mailer I sent it in is exactly 4x6x1 and under 3oz and that's exactly what the postage is for. They have now told my buyers they owe them money now. I have never had a problem with a post office until I moved to Ada.

My sister paid overnight for a letter from Florida to Ohio. Needless to say it didn't make it. Sat in Columbus for 12 hours. When it made it to Ada knowing it was guaranteed delivery yesterday, they sent it out with regular mail route. So that means it won't arrive til 4-5 pm. So don't trust their guarantee of overnight!!! Ada post master needs an attitude adjustment too. Second time dealing with her but she don't have personality to deal with people. If you're going to give 800 number for all post offices you need more options. They had to deal with me in person cause I couldn't talk to human on phone. Oh yeah, my mom passed away and they gave the insurance check to a neighbor. Good thing I got good neighbors. They delivered it to me.

Incompetent, you’ll get mail but it’s your neighbors or someone 3 miles away. They can’t deliver packages on time so they lie on the reason so they don’t get bad ratings from Amazon. They delivered 5 packages but 6 and 7 were just too difficult, marked as animal interference. Pathetic

I deal with Ada post office all the time they have a great staff and are very helpful in every way. So its just must be me when I hear bad reviews Go with Priority mail it comes with insurance up to $50. And tracking if you don't like the price deliver it yourself and compare the cost. If you get a letter in your mail box that's not address to you simply put back in your mailbox and lift the flag.

Most of the employees do not believe in wearing masks during a global pandemic. I was very uncomfortable using the post office because of this.

90% of the employees are rude and not very helpful when your mail / package isn't on time . 2 day priority turned into 4 or 5 or 6 and they don't care . Go UPS or FedEx you will be happier you did

I've found the Ada post office to be friendly and effective. Carla was particularly helpful when I had a passport problem.

Had to call and explain I haven't received mail for almost a week...next day I walk out to a full mailbox. ..letters dated 2 years ago...and several checks that can no longer be cashed. If ur waiting on something...don't hesitate to call

Great little post office. Usually not crowded and they are very helpful. More helpful than most.

My mail is almost never delivered. When it is delivered, it's not truly my mail. It's mail for other people I have never heard of, which leaves my items still floating around somewhere. I did not receive my water bill 4 months in a row, I was missing numerous items that were sent to me by family members and friends. When I went to the post office they had held all of my mail because they thought I was another person!!!! My name is on my mailbox on BRIGHT ORANGE paper, but that does not seem to help. Just yesterday, I did not receive my water bill, but a water bill for another Ada resident. Clearly trying to talk to them did not help the situation any.
