I live between this store and a Giant Eagle. Every time I run into this store to pick up something quickly, I regret it. Every single time I come here, no matter what time of day, there are very few cashiers open and I spend 10-15 minutes waiting in line to check out. Today there were at least 6 people with large carts in each of the 3 cashiers open.

As a person with celiac disease I rate this Acme a one stop gluten free heaven. The prices on those must have items, such as gluten-free bread, are reasonable as well. There are always treats (gf cookies and such) on clearance. Celiac shopping is expensive and tends to be frustrating. This Acme has relieved both of those to some extent. The produce is consistently good and if you ever find that it isn't, they refund you on just your word. Really. They respect you as a customer and value your business. The cheese platter creation options here are pretty much endless. If you are going to have a zoom thanksgiving, one way to share an experience would be to have everyone pick up the same items and make a charcuterie platter.

Always get gas here and btw... There is an old with a goatee and gray hair in an old gold gmc pickup truck that was seen taking pictures of underage kids in our neighborhood. Keep an eye out and be careful.

I had purchased my wedding cake and floral arrangements from Acme on Manchester Road. I couldn't have been happier with them. Ashley in the Bakery took what I liked and sketched out a cake to be exactly what I wanted. We did a tasting with her and everything for the cake turned out perfectly. We also worked with Chris in the floral department. I had showed Chris a picture of a wedding bouquet I found online and she made them even better than I could of ever imagined. She spray painted the flowers to be the exact color I wanted. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend them for any event that involves Cake or Flowers. And you can't beat the prices. Thank you for helping to make my wedding perfect!

My last several grocery shopping experiences here were terrible. Out of stock essentials, exorbitant prices, few sale items, produce expensive, empty shelves. And this situation was duplicated at Green location. I'm done with Acme. Shopping at GE now. At least they're well stocked and I can buy GE brands at a low cost. Adding Aldis too. PS- deli closed in Green. WTH ??

I made a quick errand down to this Acme on October 24th 2019 because I needed to pick up stamps at the customer service desk and the employee was very helpful and was able to help me get stamps. The thing I like about this Acme is it's always stocked very well in the employees are always friendly and willing to help you find an item if you can't find it and it's always very well clean as well so I would definitely recommended this Acme and I personally think it's the best Acme in Akron it will definitely be back to the store.

This review is based on their onsite catering services. Wonderful service, staff was confident and experienced, good was amazing. The salad was delicious and the salmon was wonderful. Bacon wrapped scallops were delicious too. Highly recommend.
