I called yesterday for my husband and asked if his meds were ready to pick up they told me not til Monday or Tuesday that they didn't have them but then my husband calls this morning n all of sudden they have them in why lie to me that is ridiculous

Dont use them my dr sent over 90 days suply on all my meds andnever got them and check the bbb on akron heath mart and the revew on there were thay thretened a custamer to kill them akron heath mart is also mac pharmacy i never got my humilin ru 500 im out of and my ozempic and my jardiance never got nune of it dont use them becare full i called the owerner he told me if i dont like it transfer my meds some were eles

Just ok for me. Service was so much better at the Park West location which was also close to my residence. E Exchange location is farther away than I like.

recently moved to akron and had my delivery service switched to mac. They fumbled the transfer and I had to call and double check to get my first delivery.....second delivery never came. when i called to enquire the employee or pharmacist that answered was short with me and without looking into my situation said well did you call it in? i told her I never had to do that before with my other pharmacy ,,,on the 17th they were delivered like clock work....she offered no solution. Rude discourteous service. Now im a week behind on my meds and have to find a new pharmacist. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It's a small pharmacy, which I like. I've been going there for my prescriptions for over 4 years. I have one recurring complaint. Many times I've called and asked if my scripts were ready to be picked up. I then go there, and am told they are indeed not ready. Then they ask me to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes. Very irritating, now I ask them to check the filled prescriptions, not the computer.

I’m very happy about most of the services provided in MAC Pharmacy. I’ve been going here for the past two years. I urge everyone not to support the huge conglomerate pharmacies around the area. This small chain pays attention to the customer, is exceedingly quick at refilling medication, and the staff is helpful.

Rude as can be on the phone and couldnt give me a price on my medication. Told me that they would physically need the script and i said i just need a price or im not filling it here!

I love this pharmacy, they always get my meds straightened out for me in my pacs, the only thing I don't like is the constant turn over of people behind the pharmacy counter, I loved being able to call the pharmacist by name and the people who check me out, always changing.

They have very poor customer service! I was talked over an hung up on while trying to get my prescriptions filled. They don't care about their customers an when confronted they lied as if I could pay for my medications when all I did was ask how much would it be for one of my scripts. They have lost me an my family as customers at this location. My family an I have been supporting them since their beginning stages. They feel like they can talk to you any kind of way. I do not an I repeat I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL. Horrible people!!
