Overall, it is a good environment when inside and walking around. The only thing that I didn't particularly care for was that when I was calling to check on a book my fianceé had ordered. I gave the employee the number and email address it was under, and neither of them pulled up the book order status. Eventually, she gets to the order by looking up the book. When she tells me the phone number to look it up next time I want to check, it was the exact phone number I had given her. I'm sure it was a small mistake, so overall, I'd say 4.8 stars

The customer service of this store is very poor. I wanted to know if this book was available on Amazon and the sales associate became very defensive. She went on a rant about how horrible Amazon was to Barnes and Noble. She snatched the book away from me and said have a good day because of a simple question. I have gone to this store for years and have never seen a Barnes and Noble employee act like this. Would not recommend going to the Fairlawn location.

Love Barnes and noble! Great selection. But there cafe is ALWAYS OUT OF STUFF. Everytime I come I get "OH we're out of this or that." I rarely get what I want. Despite the item being on the menu. Today tried ordering two different drinks out of stuff for both. I walked out with out ordering further.

Friendly staff, a nice coffee shop and decent deals if you go enough to make becoming a premium member worth it. I got a swank book tote for joining.

I'm pretty much a regular at this Barnes & Noble, and it’s my go-to spot for the best manga selection I've found anywhere. Honestly, no other bookstore comes close. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. It's just such a cozy spot for anyone who loves books. You feel it the moment you walk in. Plus, they've started this new stamps program that’s actually worth signing up for. A lot of these store rewards programs feel kind of pointless, but this one’s different, especially for someone like me who spends a lot of time and money on books. It feels good to get actual credit that I can use towards future purchases.
