Only two stylists in the shop They both were FANTASTIC. Professional, upbeat and very pleasant . The stylist that cut my hair was EXCELLENT. 10 Stars !

I walked into the shop on Sunday, April 7 to make a hair appointment for a color and trim. I’ve been trying to find someplace closer to my home for convenience. A woman with a strong Russian accent scheduled me for 5:30 PM tonight. I watched her enter my name and telephone number into the computer, I even asked her. Are you sure you have enough time to color my hair before you close. She said yes not a problem. I showed up tonight and as soon as I walked in, the stylist there told me he was the only one there due to poor management and it would be a while before he could get to me. I told him he had an appointment at 5:30 PM for a color. His face literally went white. He apologized and said he just could not get me done. When I asked if I could reschedule I also had him check to see if it showed me as having an appointment. He told me I was not in the system. Poor management, indeed!
