I arrived at the store during business hours to find that the door was locked, after I was pulling out of the Parking lot to go to another FedEx a store employee came to the door. Wonderful timing! If I weren’t required to use FedEx for the shipment, I definitely would use UPS!

They tell you what you want to hear with no follow up, they give you a pick up time of same day but it's all lies. I'm never doing business with them again. A week later and still there response is it will be here tomorrow.

The kindest gentleman was working tonight (12/23/2024). I thought the store was open until 10PM because of a miscommunication with my navigator. The store was only open until 7PM and and we arrived just before 7PM. The gentleman closing tonight helped us send all of our packages anyways! He even helped another gentleman who came in after us! He was very kind throughout the whole process and deserves high praise for being so generous with his time, despite it being my mistake that caused us to be there past 7PM.

Worked with Chris on a priority issue to get my items printed same day instead of the expected next day estimate. He was easy to work with on the phone, and was able to get them in time. Thanks Chris!

Is the store open or closed Saturday 11/16? When you call the phone to speak to someone it still says closed from 11/15. So if it is still closed is there a help line to get a hold of someone for prints that were purchased and guaranteed pick up ? Can an employee bring the prints out to people in the parking lot if we are not allowed in the store? Or will they be issuing refunds? I don’t know because NO ONE will speak you. I talked for over 2 hours with customer service last night and no help. Online chat no help. And no one from this store answers the phone or comes out to the sidewalk or parking lot to answer questions to work through solutions. I just need my prints either sent to another fed ex store, someone to hand them to me in the parking lot, or reimburse me.

Wanted to print a document off a phone, needed a code after sending in email, never got code waited 40 min for my daughter we left unhappy, but Walgreens was able to get the job done.
