Battery died less then a mile from their shop. I'm not from the area and was about to be late for work. I explained my situation (probably with some attitude in my voice from the previous hours worth of unhelpful people) within about 20 min, they had delivered me a new battery and I was on my way to work. Truly exceptional service.

Horrible location to work for. The "manager" hides in the front office/store all day and the insane asylum is ran by the inmates!
