I tried to get a COVID booster because of nursing school. Despite them telling me it was in stock, they told me it was only for ages 65+ and maybe I should check the requirements. Very insulting. I know the requirements for my school and I read the mandate to them verbatim stating that healthcare facilities receiving federal funding have a Covid vaccine mandate and I also read them the part where it said that includes students. They just IGNORED me. I was calm and kind the whole time and they were extremely rude and insulting. No person should ever be treated the insulting way they treated me. Avoid this pharmacy, they do not value your dignity.

I ordered a cake for our 14th anniversary. When I ordered It, I told the baker that we had almond cake at our wedding and it was my favorite. My husband’s name is often misspelled, so I carefully spelled it and double checked that she wrote it down correctly. I asked for tulips because we are Dutch. We picked up the cake, sighed in relief that Niels’ name was spelled correctly and oohed over the tulips. When we got home to share the cake with our household, we noticed that it said happy BIRTHDAY and *my* name was spelled wrong! ??♀️ I fixed it. ? It was still delicious. ?

Every single time I go to this store it doesn’t fail there are long lines. Not enough registers open and never any baggers. Would recommend acme any day of the week over both giant eagle in Fairlawn. Never have a good experience and will not be returning. Also very dirty

Went in to get 2 prescriptions. They gave me wrong prescription and I've been taking it for days. No wonder I was a zombie. Called and talked to general store manager who was rude, told me he couldn't help me, wouldn't give me his managers name. Huge mistake on their part and I will never shop or use their pharmacy again. This could have caused myself or my 4 kids damage and in harms way. They never have baggers or enough employees on top of it. I bag my own groceries 95 percent of the time. Don't waste your time... go to acme or aldies! Sheila is the only one who knows what she's doing there!!! Never again!
