Safe apartments, close to downtown, and the building manager is the best!!

I love living here! The staff is really easy to work with. The building manager is very friendly and helpful, maintenance team always fixes stuff within 24 hours, the apartments are nice and the location is perfect. When looking for a place to rent it’s easy to fall into a bad lease or a predatory landlord and I am so relieved to not deal with that. I’ve heard so many nightmares and experienced a few myself but never at highland square. Love it here.

Maint fixes issues in a synch and the right way the 1st time. The staffs all so kind. My Apts were a deluxe 1bdrm (wonderful space ft granite countertops and a view over the valley) and a 2bd 2bth (spacious 3 huge balconies mine faced highland square) I recommend this bldng for those who can afford the price tag.

Lived here for the past 2 weeks and I am so happy with my unit. I feel very safe with the security measures they have put in place. The building manager is such a kindred spirit and it’s so nice to be close to Highland Square! A little peeved about the current parking situation but I’m hopeful that the construction crew can finish it on time.

Terrible place to live. No help if you get locked o after hours or while the land lord is not in her office. Old and maintenance requests are ignored.

I've rented apartments across the US and this is one of my favorite places that I have lived in. The view of Highland Square from the top floor is amazing, and the neighborhood is adorable with tons of stuff to do. It is an LGBTQ+ friendly neighborhood in general. The apartment manager here is amazing and the newly renovated apartments are really nice. I may just renew my lease because this is a great find.

I've lived here almost a year and its an amazing apartment. Super quiet since the walls are cement, and the building manager is a gem. Any maintenance issues I've had are responded to within 48 hours to schedule a day to show up, which they do. I'll be moving out but only because I want to move closer to my family, but I always felt safe here and it's walking distance from everything in Highland Square.

Lived here for 3 years while I was in school. By far my favorite place I have ever rented. Customer service was A+ 👍🏼
