I've been going to Kathy at this location for years and she is the absolute best! She's very friendly and helpful, gives guidance to help for future years, and she is a true joy to work with. I typically owe for city, so I generally dislike getting my taxes done, but I always leave smiling regardless because of Kathy. I will recommend Liberty at this location to everyone as long as Kathy is there.

My tax situation was a few steps extra complicated this past year, but sweet Kathy got me all taken care of and found me a great discount on the service as well. If you have troubling taxes this is a good place to find a solution!

This is the second year Liberty Tax has done my taxes in 2022 by my own fault I owed $910.00 in taxes. Kathy in the Main Street office in Cuyahoga falls ohio advised me to increase my withholding. This year I received a refund not a whole lot. But I didn't owe. Thanks Kathy I'm a Liberty customer forever. The customer service is outstanding Joyce at the main call center is a great asset to Liberty. It is appreciated that they give a discount to Milatary Veterans.Wish I could give more than a 5 star rating.Again Thank You

They do not take walk ins. When you buzz the door the try and block you from coming in and give you a quiz on what you are there for. I’d give less stars but I had a good experience last year.
