The power went out mid wash and I had trouble with 2 of the 3 machines restarting! After spending $6.25 to restart one of the machines because my clothes were soapy and soaking wet still I decided to reach out to the owner and was met with much hostility about the situation . I had to pay additional for the 3 rd machine as well as those clothes were still covered in the water in the top loader! Never go to this place they have no onsite staff and the owners are not nice people to deal with.

I really like going to Sophie's! It's usually pretty quiet and is kept VERY CLEAN!?The management/owner that answers when I call has always been very courteous and professional, dealing with any concerns or problems immediately.Keep up the great work, guys!

My mom & I just moved to the area about 7-8 months ago. We were worried about finding a close laundromat. We found this one. WE LOVE IT HERE!!! Always so quiet friendly workers. I love that there's some claw machines. I'm like addicted to the claw machines.

Well me and my kid stop there parking in lieu of waiting for a doordash order I want any news the bathroom got something out of the vending machine and was starting to look through my purse for quarters for my kid to put in the machine that pushes the quarters that you can win some quarters out of when this rude man comes on the intercom and tells us if we're not going to do laundry we need to get out talk to us like we were p bums surprise I was offended and proceeded to tell him how rude that was that I would now never do laundry at their laundromat and flipped him in the bird and the camera and then stated as I will stay to all you hollands it's better they may be a little run down but they have an extractor the machines machines are better machines are cheaper machines are cheaper machines are better. The old school dryers are cheaper.

First time in a laundromat in 30 plus years,clean quiet ( for a laundromat). Machines ran very well,great choices in vending machine,and cool arcade games.highly recommend Sophie’s laundromat. Newly single and will be back many more times.”I found my thrill at the bottom of Arlington hill”!!!!!! Come on that’s funny

Had the pleasure of meeting Larry today. Sweetest man I've met in a long time. He told me a little about the owners and how Sophie's got it's name.Cameras definitely make me feel safe. Thank you Lisa and Jerry! You sound like good people.
