After renting a power tool that failed to work properly, the employee to whom I returned it argued that it was SUPPOSED to malfunction like that. Even excusing his stupidity, his disrespect and downright rudeness was inexcusable. I found out after that the man they introduced as the store manager to help resolve the issue wasn't the manager and was no help. It's bad enough to be lied to, but there is surely no reason to be treated rudely at the same time. Home Depot is NOT deserving of my (or your) business.

The only thing worth anything at this store is the tool rental, the folks there are fairly knowledgeable and very helpful. Anywhere else in the store you'd be better off at a leper colony. Ironically the HD at the Strip is a completely different experience.
