I scheduled an appointment online, but when I arrived, I was turned away because they couldn't accommodate me. This was especially frustrating given the sign on the pricing board stating that appointments take priority over walk-ins…. Thank you for reaching out and attempting to make it right. Appreciate it.

I used to use Conrad's exclusively for my vehicles. However, after my last brake job done there I will never go there again. I had new rear brakes done at the end of June. They have squealed horribly ever since. I never had any issues with my brakes before this. I took it back the first time and they said it was over greased and took care of it.
They still sounded horrible so I called again and made yet another appointment. They said it looked fine but greased them again. They squealed even worse.
I called a 3rd time. The guy on the phone said he would look into it and call me back. Of course, he never called back so I called again. He said it may be faulty pads and they would look at it and replace. So, I made yet another appointment. This time thinking they were actually going to do something about it. I was wrong. They mysteriously couldn't hear the loud squealing and greased them again...
Then they said that it's probably either my electric calipers or ebrake. I'm not a car person but even I know what rubbing brakes smell like and would be able to tell a sticking ebrake. But, I called a dealership to do my due diligence because, again, I'm not a car person. They looked at me like I grew a 3rd eye and said that isn't possible if you aren't smelling anything or having issues with the actual braking.
So here I am months later with horribly loud squealing brakes that make people around me look at me whenever I hit the brakes. After spending ~$600 I should not have brakes that sound like they are falling apart. My opinion is they used vastly inferior pads and won't fix their issue correctly.
If you just need an oil change, or tires, or something, sure they're fine. But, do not trust them for actual mechanical maintenance.

This was my first time ordering tires online from Goodyear.com and I chose this location as an installer. I was able to set the appointment online and called the morning of install to make sure everything was ready. I dropped my car off and they called me back about two hours later. Everything was very streamlined and efficient.

I got fours tires, alignment, and an oil change got in done quick and correct and they told me issues they seen on my including a video showing the issues that I was told about. I will return for future service

We always get our oil changed here and have had Tyler a few times at the desk. He is always very professional, informative, and courteous. We recently got new tires put on through them as well and are happy with the product.

Got there at 4:15 for two back tires to be changed and a wheel alignment its now after 6 and they cant change the tires because they dont have the tools to do it.

My 2018 Dodge Challenger was having an issue starting. I replaced the original battery to no avail. I reached out to Doug at Conrads after my car wouldn’t start and left me stranded at work. Doug was able to get me in the next day and after they kept the car overnight they were able to properly diagnose the issue as a bad starter after they were able to duplicate the issue. Doug and his team had me back up and running that afternoon. I can’t thank Conrad’s enough!

I went into Conrad's a little worried because I am a female, but I finally found a place I could trust. I will be back, and I will tell my family and friends. Honestly, they took excellent care of my repairs, and for what I had done, it was cheap, much more inexpensive than anywhere else. You guys are awesome, and the free air machine is even better, especially when everyone else charges. I appreciate you guys and what you did. I won't forget it. Just keep doing what you're doing. Conrad's in Alliance is awesome!

Listen, I can’t say enough about the service I received, especially for Doug. It was excellent. When I arrived for my appointment they noticed right away the wrong tires were set. Doug immediately found the correct tires and I was able to have them put on the same day this place is awesome, they got a customer for life and I can’t tell you enough on how friendly and courteous they are
