My boyfriend and I had an accident and his car is in the shop, his insurance sent him to enterprise for a rental vehicle. We got picked up from the body shop by enterprise and our driver Mike was awesome, very respectful! But then we got into the waiting room and waited about 30 minutes before even getting to speak with Kyle Custer. Kyle was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to not only us but when we walked in he was speaking to someone on the phone telling them to “stop talking” and just being so rude. We then get our turn and he proceeds to argue with my boyfriend the whole time. My boyfriend went outside to call his insurance company and I’m alone with Kyle, I’m not saying a word just patiently waiting and he starts talking to me just arguing with me I told him he doesn’t need to argue and he isn’t being respectful at all to any customer that’s walked in. We also told him before we left (once we finally got taken care of after an hour of him arguing with us) that in our rental car the front left speaker is out and his response was “it’s a brand new car” we just wanted to make sure that when the car is returned that we wouldn’t be held liable for the non working speaker. He did not care. We will not be doing business here again, as Kyle Custer ruined our entire experience, not a good face for the company.

Kyle and Rommy provided me with excellent customer service in arranging a rental while my car was in shop. The car was washed and the interior was very clean. There was a mixup where Rommy accidentally handed me the wrong key fob, which I didn’t realize until I tried to start the car up again. I called and Kyle drove from Alliance to Minerva to swap out the keys. When my car was finished they allowed me to leave the rental at the shop (as opposed to returning it to Enterprise and arranging a ride). You can tell they really take pride in the work they’re doing there and are willing to go the extra distance to help you out.

2nd time in just over a year have had to get rental cars from the alliance branch. If any questions or concerns Kyle is the manager or Rommy is there to assist and help anyways. There great for reservations of cars or suvsthat you want or need. Had dropped my car at Lavery Chevy for body work. Even though ready date kept changing Rommy would just take your call for return change day was always no worries. Was even nice asked both times for big suv and first time was a jeep wrangler which was horrible I called said didn't like response was sure come in and will find you another. And this time was same asked for big suv they sold out that day but went to Salem that morning and brought me back a honda pilot .. I can recommend them very highly for your needs and will always be my Choice for rental cars!

I was set up through the dealership my car is getting fixed at. I was at enterprise for an hour before my car was even ready when I was told it would be ready first thing in the morning . After that doing the walk around the car is dented and scratched everywhere, but then the second I turn it on the check oil light was on , there is water damage on the roof of the car, and the mirror on the driver side Sun visor was cracked . That’s embarrassing for a company to even rent this out to someone . Not happy about the rental I received

This place tries to scam people. I booked a reservation online for a one way rental, an hour before I was supposed to pick up my rental they called and said they charge a $250 non refundable fee for one way rentals. I said that is not in the contract I had when I booked it online, and they told me that is their branch policy. So I called Enterprise customer service and they told me the one way fee is already incorporated into my rate I paid online, and the branch can not charge me more for it. Customer service then emailed the manager (who of course "was on vacation") and told him that I should not be charged the $250 fee. Even after this, they tried to charge me the fee and said its their branch policy to charge that, and the branch policy goes above the corporate policy. After arguing they finally gave me my car, with no one way fee, but told me "you got away with it this time, but next time you'll have to pay it".When I dropped the car off at the other branch I was going to, I asked them about the one way fee, they told me it is already incorporated in the online price, and they aren't allowed to charge anything else on top of that.Seems to me like this branch is trying to scam people out of additional fees that they shouldn't be charging.

Employees do not care for the customer, they make you wait until it's convenient for them 1 customer was getting his rental and there were 3 employees assisting him while I was inside alone waiting to get service.
