I went there to get my transmission repaired after calling last Thursday to confirm i could have it towed there. I find out it wont be open until next Tuesday due to labor day. No problem. When i got there Tuesday with car being towed i was referred to their office by their mechanic where I was met by the owners wife, upset I had my car towed during her lunch. She was visibly upset and spoke harshly to me the whole time but I was polite, apologized and tried to move on but her tone never changed. She said we like to drive with the customers to evaluate and he won't be available until next week which was also said to me in the same angry tone. I asked if I could leave my car there until I got a call to come and evaluate and she said yes but was still angry. I left the car and decided to not pressure them since they said next week and I'll wait for their call, but I see I missed a call the next day, today. I call back and get berated by the same woman as to why I didn't leave my keys. A, she never asked. (and never stopped being rude to adequately do her job or exude any confidence or trust to myself) B, I wasn't leaving my car unlocked. C, they were going to call me to come in and test drive it. When I explained that to her, she said, I'm not arguing with you and come get your car we will not repair it. I'm out on another tow fee($150) but found a better, friendlier, place in Baltimore. Two thumbs down and I would never recommend them. I've never had a worse experience in a place of business in my life.

Call them several times on a transmission because I found one for $250 for a used one for a Honda Accord I do not recommend this place. Are you recommend this place for radio

They did great job on trans, but broke the flex pipe in process, and did not tell us, picked up car loud so took back and told me to take to exhaust shop, did not offer to fix. I know this stuff happens just tell customer and dont try to hide it, just tell me.

Michael is amazing. His crew is great. We have always been pleased and blessed by them. Work is great and they are fair and don't over charge. Love them and would recommend to anyone. You just don't find service like this anymore.

Straight up great service. I was 3 1/2 hours from home on a weekend camping trip with a blown seal on my super duty . Called about 5pm on Friday, they had it done by 2pm Saturday, for a fair price and made it through the hills of Hocking county and Kentucky, back home. Ran like a dream.I was in a bad way, and a1 really saved me. Awesome service! !!

worst service ever rude worker and ripped us off 700 dollars fixed nothing parts were under warranty broke and refused to fix anything after getting cash even though warranty was still good..never go there or you will be sorry
