I called early this morning and scheduled an oil change and asked him how much in the gentleman said $40 then I get there and he said oh well your car is full synthetic and it is $100. I said well I called earlier and give him my make and model and asked him how much it would be and he told me 40 and the guy said well there’s nothing I can do for you and I had to drive 10 miles out here for the worst customer service ever he was very rude and unhelpful. Never come here!!!

Ashland Ohio store. Son just started college in Ashland this week. Had an issue with a tire. After taking care of small fix and seeing my sons student ID he refused payment and said welcome to Ashland.
Will definitely be back if he needs anything in the future. Way to make him feel at home!

I can’t speak much on if the service was done well. Not sure if oil changes for synthetic (not even high mileage synthetic) cost $116 or not lol I’m sure I got ripped off but idk. I just want to speak on the customer service or really lack of. The mechanic who brought my keys back to me was friendly and told me to have a good day. The guy who was probably the store manager not sure but he was at the front desk- not friendly at all. I get having a bad day but damn dude. He didn’t smile, he didn’t say thanks for stopping in and have a good day. He told me the total at the end and handed me the papers and that was it. It was pretty bizarre to experience such callousness in a customer service environment. And like I said I get having a bad day. I also get that when you work in a job that deals with people, you have to put your stuff aside and at least fake it.

Amazing customer service they went above and beyond in my families time of need they took us to get a rental car because they couldn’t get the tire off of my car till the next day. They was absolutely wonderful. Recommend this place hands-down over any other shop.

What a disappointing place to try and get Auto Service. Been going there for many years, they had services that fit my budget and work was done satisfactory until the last few months. Change in personnel, not the pleasant place to due business. Bought 2 tires at there sister store Tire Choice, next door to them since they were backed up, they have since closed, so went to Mr Tire who I have spent a ton of money with over the years trying to get a issue resolved with one of the new tires I bought. Feels like a broken belt , tire issues, slow speeds you get a wobbly feeling, not present with old tires. Was told it was my rear shocks, I had them replaced, and guess what, still have the issue. I used to sell tires in my younger days and know what a tire issue is. Nevertheless I went through the process of working with the on-duty store manager who told me he had to get approved from the district manager to adjust out that tire. On my 5 th and last visit to store, was now told I didn't buy road hazard protection and they wasn't going to warranty the tire or try to help me out with the issue after buying these tires. ( It's a tire defect). I continue to get the runaround and giving up and not planning on ever buying a tire, oil change, brakes or many other services I used to get done there, ever again. I cannot recommend them to anyone but their change of personnel now and so-called policies is not the store it used to be.

We've used them for 3 yrs and 2 vehicles & never a problem until now. Bought a 2016 Jeep & scheduled an appt for 4/29 at 9 a.m. for an inspection because we are moving out of state in 2 weeks, water had leaked In the driver's area & brakes felt funny. When I showed up I was gruffly told by a mechanic at the desk there were 2 cars ahead if me. He was extremely rude & also told Ryan, the mechanic we've always used & trusted, only about the water. 10 mins later I was sent on my way (needs a new windshield). Stopped at another Mr Tire for an inspection only to find out I had a collapsed brake hose & needed brakes, rotors AND a possible transmission problem. I am extremely upset that had Ryan been told everything by the other mechanic I would not have been sent out on the road in a dangerous situation!
