Excellent experience. I had mark for a massage he did an amazing stone massage. Elona was wonderful at the front desk. We met the owner she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Our server at the resturant joe was on top of it with great service. I would recommend this place all the way around.

Wow! What an amazing day and spa experience. I brought my 22 year old granddaughter here for the full works. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, body scrub, massage, facial, lunch, pedicure and manicure. Everything went smoothly and very professional. The lunch was absolutely fantastic. This was her first experience and they did everything they could to accommodate us. Friendly and hard working people. I love this place. Been coming here for 30 years now! Try their chicken lemon picata. Its the best Ive ever had and hats off to the chef. I will be back soon!

I lost my daughter in the lobby 3 years ago and I still haven’t found her. Other than that the stay was great!

This place is a hidden gem yes its outdated but beautiful outdated food was amazing all 3 nights we spent the morning at the spa everyone was wonderful 2ed best massage I ever had in my life. We will continue to go

place is super cute and cozy! however, the stairs leading down to the hotel need to be fixed. they are uneven and i fell about two days ago i think i sprained something lol…. so definitely should fix that or at least put a sign up.

Nice place. Staff friendly took an elderly client for a massage appointment she had received a gift card.
She said the massage was wonderful. She had some physical limitations and was unable to go to the second floor to have her massage they do have a first-floor room and they quickly set it up to be able to give her the service. The spa part is not handicapped friendly lots of stairs to get in. Otherwise I would recommend this salon. I didn't rate the rooms because I wasn't sure if they were talking about the hotel part and we did not stay in a room

My mother has been getting me gift cards to the Mario's International Spa & Hotel in Aurora for years. One year, I stuck the gift card back in my birthday card envelope and forgot I had it. I recently found it and called the front desk clerk, informing her the gift card was several years old, but it hadn't been used, despite visiting the facility multiple times since then. She stated that the value expires after 5 years, but offered to contact corporate to see if they could verify that the full value was still available. She never called back. I called again after waiting for 10 days. The manager inform me that they'd called corporate, who verified the purchase date. No apology for leaving me waiting, and he insisted that they didn't owe me anything because it had been over 5 years since the card was issued. Despite the fact that I've stayed at the hotel, eaten at the restaurant and have supported this business for the past 15 years. They lost at least two loyal customers today.

I have visited for the last 20 years with family and friends at this spa. Have always had a great experience and the employees are pleasant and very accomodating!! Melody, Natalia, and Lynn especially, always make sure our experience is incomparable!!
This is the best Spa in the area and I will continue to be a customer!

My 5 star rating is in appreciation to the owner
Booked spa and overnight stay due to add on Fox 8 news. No confirmation email so we were not sure of check in, check out, exact charges for package, spa and dinner reservation, amenities in the room etc . Check out charges were much more than anticipated and front desk was NOT apologetic or very helpful!
An email prior to check in would have provided fees, amenities and itinerary preventing the check out dilemma.
BUT……
On a POSITIVE note
Miss Joanne the owner called me😍
She was kind, thorough, attentive, generous, sweet, thoughtful, and caring. She addressed every concern. Miss Joanne went a step farther and mailed us a gift card to return for another night. Totally unnecessary and generous.
I now see why Mario’s International Day Spa has been serving clients for 60 years.

I went to the spa for a gel manicure which was $60. I was in and out of my appointment in less than 30 minutes and this included picking out a color! The polish itself is fine but would have expected a little more pampering. Very disappointed in the amount of time I was shown for such a hefty price. Will not go back there again!

I have been wanting to visit Mario's for a long time so finally got my wish and this place is fabulous everything was perfection from the spa treatments, food, cocktails, and the room only one thing my bed was too firm I am a pillow top girl I will definitely be back and a great value

I had a facial today, this was my first treatment at this location. The esthetician, Isabella, did a wonderful job, though I didn’t expect to talk with her so much during the experience. She was very friendly but I had hoped for a bit more quiet time while I was there.

Excellent couples massage and dinner was amazing. Had to change package I bought and Brian was most helpful. Alanna, our waitress was very good. Polite, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Would highly recommend.
