Staff were welcoming very friendly. Was in and out of my exam dr was great. Heather assisted me after helping me choose the fabulous pair of glasses I purchased. This is the 2nd time with Heather she was fantastic!!!!

The kiddos, wife, and I have been going to this location for many years now for regular check-ups and contacts\\glasses. Dr. Connett et al are professional as they are genuine and thorough. Major kudos to Heather for always having a solution when discussing needs around eye wear over the years! Highly recommend these good people!

We have gone to many places the last 20 years and are so glad we found Gemini. Heather was our optician and the reason we switched our whole family over to it being our family eye care place. We can’t say enough about how skilled she is for years we always paid over $200 or so dollars for eye glass amenities but Heather dug in and found what our insurance paid vs just guessing like our last vision place. We paid not even close to $200 for all our families glasses this year she is amazing Highly recommend her for all

My family and I (6 of us that wear glasses and/or contacts) have been seeing Dr Connett since 2019. Never had any issues with him nor the staff. Dr Connett always calls us by name, is friendly, and answers all questions we ask. I will say there is one staff member that isn't as personable as the others, but she's never been rude. I think she's just more introverted than the others. I think their selection of frames is pretty good. Their facility is clean and modern, with plenty of room in the waiting area.

I always have a great experience! They are great at pricing insurance both ways for contacts and glasses and mentioning any applicable rebates/savings.

I can't thank Sam Davisson enough, she went above and beyond for me on a last minute emergency when I wasn't even a patient! I had popped a contact out on accident, only to find that I was completely out and had forgotten to order more!! After living life with one eye all day, and numerous other eye care centers being unable or unwilling to help me since I wasn't a patient, Sam came to my rescue with a couple of trial pairs that she obviously didn't have to give to a non-patient. Needless to say, I scheduled with them for my next exam and will definitely stick with them!!
