Love this store. But the shoppers for ‘grocery pickup orders’ are not so good. I end up getting refunds for moldy, expired, and smashed food. Sometimes ruining my dinner plans. Pls educate, train and maybe hire more knowledgeable individuals in picking out decent food.

i am currently on crutches with a broken foot and every mobility scooter was entirely dead or in outrageous spots, leading to extremely difficult circumstances and i had to leave because i could not access what i needed inside. the cart attendant was on his phone and did not offer any help or guidance. he also had left yards of carts lying around and in my way of walking. DO BETTER!!!!!

Depending on what time you go, it can be crowded. This Kroger's does a good job and trying to maintain an good flow and checkout.

Always clean and pretty much stocked with everything that I need. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the section with the non dairy milk can be very bare at times and it's so hard to find someone to put more on the shelves. Regular milk has tons sitting out so you may not have to restock the shelves as often. Please have someone regularly checking on the stock that's on the shelves.

This place is a joke especially the order pickup area. Damaged my vehicle and the way you have to pull through is stupid people sit in the back spot and don't pull through. Leaving open spots.

I would buy grocery's from anywhere else. MY whole family/extended are very loyal Kroger shoppers. They have a really unique blend of class, very fresh produce/meat etc & low prices. If Joe Biden never got elected then inflation wouldn't be so high & prices would be lower. Krogers still does a decent job on prices though & as Cincinnati natives we could not be more proud of Krogers being based in Cincinnati.
