They were amazing! I was very anxious about looking for a car. From the start I was greeted with kindness and respect. They walked me through the whole process and were very honest and straight forward with me. Brian explained everything and took the time to go over something if I did not understand. From start to finish i was there only 3 hours! Super fast! I cannot give them enough praise! I recommend everyone go there!

Never ever buy a car that they ship from another place.
The car will not have the options that they tell you it will and their response is "we'll let you return it, but we can't return the transfer fee." They also place the cheapest tires on the car possible. Tires so cheap that not a single tire store in my area could even find a record of them. They were also horrible. I had no choice but to dump them and get a set of GoodYears or spend the next few years feeling like I was on a pebble road. Dealing with any of the managers is horrific. They try to lie to you and treat you like a two year old child. Also, when they run your credit they don't follow proper procedures. I now have 7 additional hard inqueries on my credit report that will last two years keeping me from doing anything. The Enterprise manager said this was absolutely normal and they would all fall off in 14 days. The reports were don on6/22 and it is 9/29. I must have been to some pretty bad schools and cp;;eges if that equals 14 days. Then they suggest I call the banks (which I have some experience from working for one for 10 years) so I did and low and behold they didn't use the proper FICO and VantageScore method that would cause the hard inqueries to fall off between 14 and 45 days. Instead they are done as single inqueries which screws me for 2 years. This was not just one or two of the banks, but 4 out of the 7. The others were unfortunately unavailable on Sunday, but I will follow up with them tomorrow. Long story short: ENTERPRISE AUTO SALES SUCKS! THEY LIE TO THRIE CUSTOMERS, OFFER TO TAKE A RETURN OF A CAR AFTER THEY HAVE ALREADY COLLECTED A LARGE TRANSFER FEE, AND SCREW YOUR CREDIT FOR TWO YEARS. BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
