Been a customer of Telhio’s for 8 years now. Katelyn is great. She’s prompt to answer my calls and respond to my business banking questions. Rest of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure my banking is taken care of. Would recommend to anyone.

I used to be a fan of Telhio, but lately it takes forever to complete my banking. Today I waited at drivethru for 5 minutes w/ no service, then walked in and waited another 15 minutes before seeing a Teller. It wasn't that busy with clients.

I have been a Telhio member since 2002 and I never thought I would be writing a negative review. Nevertheless, I have been trying to assist a family member with an issue that involved the illegal use of their debit card while they were hospitalized. The Telhio member had been hospitalized, on a ventilator and heavily sedated for more than 30 days. During that time transactions were made using the victims debit card and essentially the account was overdrawn. Telhio was notified of the missing debit card and the unauthorized use of the debit card. We were directed to complete a Dispute Form and after several days of waiting to hear about the status of dispute, we were asked to complete a police report which we did. Several days after submitting the dispute, we received an email stating the account would be closed in 10 days due to the overdraft. We informed Emily Denney of the fraudulent transactions and the dispute claim that was being worked by Amy Meade. The response from Emily was "the account being charged off and closed in 10 days.", no consideration for the victim, not willingness to contact Amy Meade, NOTHING... The fact that Telhio continued to allow debit charges on an account that was overdrawn, also the unusual spending patterns for a long standing account should have been caught long before it became severely overdrawn. I am truly considering moving all my assets to another bank if this is how you treat a customer who is a victim of credit card fraud. Telhio comes across as incompationate.

I have been a member here for 15 years and I never knew the overdraft policy was so strict. You are charged a fee immediately after you overdraft. At Huntington Bank you have a 24 hour grace period before being charged a fee. Just another reason that I don't put all my assets in telhio credit union. Trust is important to a banking customer.

For a credit union based in Ohio, the lack of English speaking customer service reps is sad. I have had my debit card hacked 3 times in the last year and a half and each time it is harder to get resolved. Customer service and fraud prevention are not helpful at all, pending purchases are allowed to be cleared vs. Canceling them. Disputing charges is harder than it ever should be. After being on hold for 10 minutes, giving my account #, ss#, address, card # and even explaining what was going on, I was asked to give an email address that I used to set up the account-20 years ago!!! Finally, I stopped in a local branch, it was a 2 minute process....why was it so hard for everyone else??!! Ugh!

I couldn't be happier with the service at Telhio, I bank at the East Broad St. location and the employees are all amazing, very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond.I wouldn't change a thing!! A+++++++

We went to east broad st branch to add additional beneficiary to our accounts. All officers were busy with other customers. We were about to leave to come back another time. The branch manager came out and personaly took care of our request. He was very personable polite and efficient. Our kudos to him for his outstanding customer service
