Great service and very friendly! We were in Cincinnati from out of town and needed a new caliper- they were able to fix it that afternoon which made our trip so much better. I would highly recommend them!

Charlie has been my personal mechanic since 2013 when I first met him. He did something that demonstrated honesty integrity when he could’ve easily done otherwise.
Since then he has maintained my Fleet for my business vehicles and well as personal. He is responsive, dependable, honest And does the best work in general.
Also, most times Charlie only has to fix it once and that means a lot when you’re business vehicle is down losing money in the process.

Excellent and friendly service. This was the first time I’ve been to a mechanic and I’ve not felt like I was getting scammed. Truly an honest owner, great business, and they fixed all the issues I had with my vehicle. Will be returning here for all my future car related problems in the future.

I had a potentially big issue with my car, so I dropped it off at Hyams Auto (my first experience). I also had the team take a look at a few other issues. The next morning, I received a call and we walked through each potential issue to try and determine if it was worth fixing or push it to the future. This is an approach that I really respect as a consumer. There were no fear tactics and I did not feel like I was being pushed to perform repairs that didn't need to be done. This is the type of company I can trust, which is extremely important when it comes to auto repairs. They will be the first call I make next time I have an issue with any of my vehicles.Service: Auto engine tuning

Amazing experience!! Took my car in with multiple issues, the problem was a little bigger than we initially suspected and even though he couldn’t fix it, he referred me to several people who he knew could and didn’t even charge me for looking at it! Took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with it and why he couldn’t do the job himself (it needed some VERY expensive equipment that most people don’t need him to have). Super nice, honest guy and the girl working the front counter was so sweet!
