Integrating from a basic cash register and square reader , to the Pineapple POS with Shift 4 technology, has been a game changer for bringing our club into the present. Jarret Smotrila has been an amazing rep. He got us started and was there every step of the way. Every set up has different needs and wants. He was there to offer support and bring us any POS related equipment needed, as well, assisted us when working through any back office problems we had. I highly recommend using Pineapple POS ,and Jarret, if you are thinking of switching or starting a business !

After having the same POS system for over 20 years I was very nervous about switching but Jarret took care of everything and even though we have been with him for just under two years Jarret still treats us with care and attention of a new account. We have used Pineapple POS for over a year and a half now at Gallagher's Lunch Bucket and Touch the Moon Candy Saloon. It is a very user friendly system and Jarret does a great job of answering questions and trouble shooting any issues that may pop up over time.
