I have purchased alot of toyota's. This place was pretty amazing on how fast they put the deal together. My salesman Dave was very professional and explained everything very throughly. Taylor in finance was awesome. She took care of everything quickly. Everyone was very nice. Thank you. I will definitely be returning.

They seemed to be in a super hurry to unload the car and could not get the accessories to which dealership, and I agreed on.

This recent experience is my 4th new truck with Toyota of Boardman. This loyalty comes as a result of 2 things, excellent sales and service as well as great product. I recommend Toyota of Boardman and the Tacoma to all I talk to about vehicle purchases.

Had a great experience with Toyota of Boardman. Called up about a Tacoma Trailhunter and Nick from sales was able to secure one for me at MSRP. Every other dealer i called in the Pittsburgh area where i live had mark-ups on all their higher trim models. He also gave me updates every friday on where it was at in the build/transit process. Once truck arrived at dealer, it was a flawless transaction. Nick had everything prepped prior to me showing up and Cornell in finance made everything super quick and easy. I'll definitely be making the hour drive on future toyota purchases. Thanks again

Bought a brand new toyota tundra from them went well. However their service dept managed to scratch up all 4 of my brand new rims when I took it in for it's first 5k mile service. But I somehow managed to switch them all out in my garage at home no problems.

I had an amazing experience working with Kevin “Zeke” Burick. He was extremely knowledgeable and truly cared about getting myself and my family into a safe and reliable vehicle. He was patient and friendly and not pushy like other salespeople I have had experience with. He kept in touch throughout the entire process and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and I hope you ask for Zeke! I will be referring him to friends and family.

Let me start with the good. Purchased a new 2025 Toyota Camry XSE for my wife as an out of state buyer from state of New York On may 23rd . Dave Hogue was great and I have no complaints about the sales department. They were great to work with.
The issue is the Finance team (Cornell Charles) and department that files the paperwork for tags, registration, and title. I was asked to verify my name and address when we were completing the paperwork and everything was verified by myself and Mr. Charles. No where on the document it stated "first name & last name" and I provided copy of my license and my first and last name was listed on my Toyota application. We get the paperwork done and I drive the car home. A week later I received a call from Mr. Cornell Charles, that there was a mistake on the paperwork that the had my first name as my last and my last name as my first. I did the paperwork all over again and i was extremely frustrated that how such mistake can be made and why was this paper properly filled out by Mr. Charles in the first place. Mr. Charles replied that It was my job to verify that. How can I verify that nowhere on the documentation it states "last name & first name"? You have my Toyota loan application, my license, and my insurance where it clearly states my first name and first name but yet, the mistake was made by Mr. Cornell.
However, I was respectful and we went through the paperwork and it was returned to Mr. Charles. I was issued out 45 day temp tags from Ohio until I received my tags for state of New York tags and registration (filled by Toyota of Boardman through a 3rd party company". I have called Mr. Cornell Charles, he stated that there may be a delay due to the Cyber attack that took place on June 19th and dealerships. I am confused by this because my paperwork should have been submitted 1st week of June or even 2nd week. I waited for a day or so and I eventually went to DMV here in NY and took the paperwork provided by the dealership to see if they are able to pull anything up in their system.
Unfortunately, after wasting all of my time on the phone and taking a trip to the DMV, DMV confirmed nothing has been field yet. Eventually I received a call back from Miss. Erica Graham the sales manager, that she stated they need to file with state of Ohio first for the title and then that gets turned over to the 3rd party company to start the process with State of NY to issue tags, registration, and title. But, this was completed on 6/20/24. I asked for proof and I just got a simple stating As discussed, the Ohio portion of your title work has been completed on 6/20/2024. Our out of state title clerk has the paperwork to flip to a New York title.Thanks,Erica". No actual proof that such has been done.
I am simply being told to wait and if the tags run out they run out and state of Ohio will not extend the temp tags. I have been extremely patient, respectful, and professional but I am not being provided accurate information. This is not how a customer should be treated. I did not ask for any discounts or anything. Simply came in and walked out with the MSRP numbers. Nothing more.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the Sr. Management team can look into this and provide accurate info with some proof that filing has been filed on Ohio side and also, New York.
Thank you,
Hassan

Went to Toyota of Boardman today to make my first big purchase! Didn’t come in with too much of a plan but Zeke was able to get me in a vehicle I love and can afford. As a 24 year old female going to the dealership can be intimidating but I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the process. From the start I was asked me what I was comfortable with paying and worked to find me a vehicle within my price range and they did not upsell me. I was able to test drive the vehicle and my credit information was ran untill I was sure of my purchase. The whole staff from sales reps, financing, and service were kind to me and answered my questions thoroughly

Evening,
Not a great experience. Saw a truck I liked and went to the dealership. It was weird not one Sales person came to greet me. I went in and still no one. There was a Gentelman named Richard at the welcome desk and he conversed with me and helped me more than anyone. Him I give 5 stars. I told him what I was interested in and I had a truck that was paid off a 2022 and I was possibly interested in a trade. He gave me the key to look at the truck and let me go out. I told him I liked it, He looked at mine and said he would get the lady that evaluates trade ins.
A few minutes later a lady sauntered by me on her cell phone and walked to my truck. She starte looking at it and di not get off her cell phone, I waited for her to get off her phone. It seemed asa though I wan an Inconvenience, No smiles, No hello, N0o welcome to boardman Toyota, no name. She took a picture of the VIN and I followed her back in. Her only conversation is she would get a trade in price, and she used three references for that and it would take a few minutes.
A few Minutes later Richard gave it to me, and I said I thought it was a bit low and said Thank you.
They did not try to negotiate.
They did not ask what I was looking for
The lady never re appeared
I never spoke to a salesman
No one ever asked to close the deal..
In all honesty if theynhad shown some customer service and been willing to discuss numbers, I would of bought the truck, I liked it.
I went in at 4.00 p.m. and left feeling I was nothing more than an Inconvenience. A salesman could of made some money today.
I would avoid this dealership, apparently they do so well, they do not need any more business.
THE BEST PART IS NOT ONE PERSON ASKED FOR MY NAME AND PHOEN NUMBER TO FOLLOW UP!
It is called a lead. Watch Glengarry, glenn Ross the movie. They teach you leads and the importance of leads in the first ten minutes.
You have a potential sale ready to go and squander it.
