Sales people are wonderful! The other staff not so much. I've called several times about the mattress I bought that smelled like mold, to where I can't sleep on it. I was told every time that someone would call me back....no call back. It takes months and months to get your furniture but not with other furniture stores. I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again

They have been screwing around for a month to install a bed. Came out the first time and “forgot” the center supports. Scheduled them to come out the next week and the guy called me 10 min before he was supposed to come out and he didn’t have the part. Rescheduled them again and when I called to find out the time I was told that my appointment was cancelled till all the parts come in. Rescheduled again for today and they had everything to fix it, and they didn’t do anything. Only reason I paid for the installation is so I didn’t have to carry the mattress upstairs.

Terrible experience that keeps on going. List of events below.June 26th 2021 - Purchased bed set. Was told around 8 weeks delivery. Ok, totally get it, supply chain issues in every industry right now, completely understandSept 13th 2021 - Scheduled delivery. Only brings the dressers, did not have the bed yet because of more supply chain issues. Ok totally get it, still being patient, stuff happens.Oct 16th 2021 - Scheduled delivery for remaining bed pieces, but did not have the hardware for the bed. Now it is getting ridiculous. Told by the store they would be coming back on Oct 23rd - no call, no show. Also was told I would get a call back from a manager. No call.Oct 26th 2021 - Called to tell them that we still did not have everything we needed and no one showed up. The store we ordered from and the distribution center are not on the same page, each tells me to call the other. Ended up scheduling for them to come back on Oct 30th.Oct 30th 2021 - Delivered hardware for the bed, but did not put bed together correctly. They insisted the bed slats that came with the bed were not needed, so they used our old box springs. The bed now sits about 4 feet high because this bed was not made for box springs, it is made for the bed slats that came with it. We have the bet slats and hardware with the slats, but no instructions. We PAID for delivery and assembly, but after 4 months of going back and forth it is still not complete. No call from any manager, no refund of any kind. This has been one of the worst experience dealing with any company that I have ever had in my life.I normally don't write bad reviews, and usually just work it out with the company if anything is wrong because mistakes happen. But I have not received any call from them or any attempt to rectify the situation.

If i could give -10000 stars I would!!! My delivery for my dining room chairs and table were last week and when the delivery men showed up, the hardware was missing. Still have yet to hear from anyone and now I have an unfinished table and chair set in my dining room. Tried calling Jason but no one cared to call me back!!!!!! The customer service is less than adequate at the Distribution Center in Bowling Green Ohio!!!!!!!!!

It's been months and 3 different excuses from the store , they lied to me 3 times. Still I have no bedroom furniture and i am sleeping on a love seat couch. Went there several times in person. I explained the 3 lies i was told. WOW, the girl behind the desk says, It's not that they lied but they move things around, WHAT. I can have my money back but not for the mattress People beware you will get screwed one way or the other by Ashley's It's been I believe 5 months I have been sleeping on a love seat couch and I am not a young person. I owe nothing on the mattress but yet can't have my money back on it. So i guess I will show my papers to my lawyer, that's the advice I got and then the BBB.

We ordered & paid in full for a sectional back in October of last year & still have yet to receive it!! Beyond mad! Every time I call to check on it they say "next month, next month" NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP ASHLEY FURNITURE!! RIDICULOUS!

Save your time and your money. This company is ridiculous! I ordered furniture almost 5 months ago and they told me 8-12 weeks. It’s now been almost 20 weeks and they have no idea when my furniture is coming in. They keep telling me two more weeks, two more weeks, end of the month, it’s coming for sure, it will be here soon. It’s all BS! They are dishonest, they are unethical! A gigantic waste of time and energy!!

Terrible service! I paid for assembly of items, called twice during the week to verify the assembly would be complete when I picked up items the following week. Went to distribution center for pick up and items were still in the boxes. When I said I had paid for assembly, warehouse guy said “Oh they’re easy to put together” the point was I paid for a service I didn’t get! I then had to drive to other end of town to store to get refund. The store was great, warehouse totally incompetent!

They gave me the wrong chairs that I ordered ,after I ask twice are you sure those are the right chair's.I said that box doesn't look large enough for bar stool chairs .

Teach your staff about customer service. They have the worse customer service. and I will never go back to any Ashley store. my horrible experience happened at the Livonia, Michigan store but they are all the same to me.
