I’ve purchased several items from Ashley online and that was a big mistake. I should’ve gone into the store like I did today. They solved all of our previous online issues and gave excellent service. We will be back!!

Excellent job with customer service. No stalking by staff. Was able to get my new coffee table the next day. Awesome staff at the warehouse also.

Kelley did an amazing job!!! Love our furniture, was able to get the right balance of being aesthetically pleasing but also comfy! Prompt service when we had a small issue with our king bed, but easy fix that took 10 min from tech. 10/10 would recommend buying here again :)
