Absolutely horrible business practice. My family is set to leave on Monday morning and the reservation we had set the week before. They call two days before to say we have no vehicle for you and good luck. Not even enough respect to call far enough ahead to give us a chance to find a vehicle

This is not so much a put down as a chance to improve, however they rarely have had the vehicles I've needed when I n1eed one. And occasionally they have no vehicles to rent at all.

Staff very friendly and helpful but originally did not have the car I asked for. I had a smaller car than what was listed on the website but car was clean but delivered on an empty tank.
