Other than to scam people into data lines they don’t need I’m not sure what this store is here for. The people inside certainly don’t want to help you and theirs no way to hold those people accountable because you can’t even call the local store to ask for a manager. It wouldn’t really matter the disconnect between retail and customer care is huge. What can’t be done at one store. Guy in bg can’t notate my receipt because their equipment stopped working. Amazing the defiance store can. If you’re gonna pay a lot and get no service go somewhere that has fiber at least.

Really awful business here. They’ll tell all kinds of lies straight to your face. I read up on the services Spectrum had available at my home before I went into the store, fine print and everything. All I wanted was the home Internet, and that’s what I told the dude at the counter. This is where the lies started. He told me that the only way to get what I wanted was to sign up for some bundle with home phone and streaming services and some other services “and then just cancel it after a month. You don’t even need to plug the phone in.” Almost certainly because that’s when he would have gotten his commission. The less patient side of me wanted to tell him right then and there that I knew how full of it he was. But I don’t like to risk unnecessary arguments. I had to play stupid for 5-10 minutes to frustrate him into getting me something approximating what I came in for. Eventually he “was able to dig through the menus” to find what I asked for. Didn’t set up auto pay because I still get the feeling I might see some surprise bonus stuff on my first bill.It’s really sleazy that you guys either push your employees to use these tactics, or turn a blind eye to them doing it of their own accord.I went through the website beforehand and have experience in telecom sales and all the nonsense that can come along with it, but other people don’t, and the people running this Spectrum store take full advantage of that. Be aware of that when you come here.

They have 2 people working on a Saturday. They handle everything for cable, internet and phones which is not efficient. The customers in here have been waiting for over an hour for service.

The process of canceling Spectrum is reason enough to cancel Spectrum. The process is unnecessarily complicated, inconvenient, and the people go out of their way to be unhelpful.

Don’t use spectrum. There’s lazy, and then there’s spectrum level lazy. We’ve been moved into our house just off campus for around 2 months now, and we’ve only had internet for about half of that time since they refuse to fix the problem. They “won’t touch” the wires because they said it wasn’t their fault then told us to hire an electrician to come by and do it for them. I wish I could give them less than 1 because I would. Don’t waste your time with these guys if you’re from here. They will scam college kids and do nothing to help you guys. Pathetic

The rep was nice and helpful, however i had to sign in at the door and wait for an appointment just to swap out a faulty router, even though Spectrum told me it would take less than 5 minutes for a walk in to swap it out... after waiting 20 minutes, it took about a minute or 2 to swap the router. The location in Findlay took me less than 5 minutes to swap my modem and they were extremely nice and helpful (this could be because they dont offer mobile in Findlay). Couldn't even get a number to call the store itself, it just routes you to spectrum customer service instead of the store when you call the number on the google listing.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with this store- almost entirely thanks to ASH AND LITTLE JOHN ?They were so personable and helpful- they answered every question I had, despite me having virtually no understanding of ANYTHING even remotely related to technology. I encourage anyone that goes to this location to ask for them specifically.I was treated with respect and it was clear that both these employees cared deeply about ensuring the satisfaction of their customers. I hope this reaches their manager- if anyone deserves a raise, it’s these two. Customer service needs more people like them.Before you leave a bad review about this store, ask yourself if you treated the people trying to help you with kindness and respect. I would recommend this location to everyone I know.THANK YOU ASH AND LITTLE JOHN ??

Their customer service is non existent. I received a bill a couple days before it was due then was unable to pay through their website. The phone system is complete garbage, then asked me to pay $5 to actually talk with a human so it could process my payment. There are better quality service providers at a better price in the area.

Lady was rude & had no idea what she was talking about. No knowledge at all. Called customer service & they took care of it. Took longer though! Store help needs trained better. Don't brag how long you work there & not know your job!!
