While traveling this summer my daughter’s high pressure fuel pump went out. She was closest to a Christian brothers auto in Jackson TN where they repaired the fuel pump and she finished her trip. Less than 8 weeks and 2k miles the fuel pump went out. It was under warranty which required it go to a CBA if within 25 miles. Broadview heights fell just within that range. We towed it there, let them know what happened in TN and that the car was doing the EXACT same thing. They did their “inspection” which they charged $150 for and came up with over $7k worth of repairs - none of which included the under warranty fuel pump. So we had it towed to our regular mechanic (Christoper’s Car Care) who said in fact it was a faulty fuel pump that was put on. So we payed AGAIN for another fuel pump and now the car is running fine! When I called CBA to talk to Dean last week he sounded surprised that it was indeed the fuel pump (even though they refused to listen when the car was there) and tried to say maybe one of their other diagnoses caused the fuel pump to go out. (It wasn’t - it was a faulty fuel pump). After calling the warranty company and explaining their failure to honor the warranty at store level - they did reimburse some of the expense. However, we still have over 40 miles of towing to & from their shop, the stress of trying to get them to honor their warranty and $150 diagnostic fee, which they didn’t even correctly diagnose & should be refunded. I reached out to Dean again last Friday and he assured me that either he or the owner would reach out Monday this week. No surprise - no one has reached out. Also, they did recommend putting in new spark plugs which we did have put on at Christopher’s and paid HALF the price we were quoted at CBA. Company is just looking to take advantage of people & overcharge for their services as well - I would NEVER take any vehicle to Broadview heights. If I could give zero stars I would.

management of business has went downhill since new owner stepped in. services and quality of repair are not as great as they once were ... I don't recommend taking your vehicle to this location.. the owner does not care about his customers , he only cares about his own profitable gain... he's there to fill his own wallet , and does not stand on anything he says ... Avon CBA, is a better choice

Christian Brothers provided me with amazing service the most trustworthy mechanic shop I’ve ever come across! I brought my vehicle in with a misfire allegedly a blown head gasket. The dealership service advisor quoted me roughly $2,000. Christian Brothers inspected my vehicle and confirmed it was just a faulty spark plug. They fixed the issue, and now my car drives like a dream. Shoutout to Christian Brothers for not only providing great service but giving me assurance I need for a time like this.

It was so easy to make an appointment for an oil change. And there was a $25 discount promotion going on. They were friendly, quick, thorough and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more. I'll certainly be back and will recommend them to my friends.

I had an absolute fantastic experience with this shop. Dropped off my car my car for a oil change & they noticed my car was leaking & fixed the issue (granted it wasn’t a major issue but still it’s all about the little things) great customer service and communication from the front desk. lastly they offer a ride back home included with their services and you can’t beat that. Great experience from CB and 100% will be bringing back my CTS for any further automotive needs!

I was very happy to receive this service. My A/C in the car broke down driving from Toronto to Ohio. My appointment was booked the very next day.
My car was repaired and had no problems driving back to Toronto.

Christian Bros was highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. I needed a little work done on my car and they were honest about what needed immediate attention. I got a good response from Clay, which made me feel so better about everything. I wouldn't hesitate about taking my car back there.
