It's a shame it's the only vape store in my town.I would give zero stars if I could. Second time we have bought a vape here that broke within less than two weeks. Pretty sure they have counterfeit products because my Caliburn didn't even come with a user manual so it had no counterfeit code. Terrible selections and their receipts are sketchy and don't even show the item you purchased. They also rip you off and charge way more than other stores in Parma and Royalton for the same things.Waste of money.

Awful. They overcharge and rip you off for products that break within a day. Got a defective vape there and He overcharged us 8 dollars on an item.

More is a great guy and very knowledgeable. He helps with any question that I had or have. He knows his product very well, so if you have a specific preference he will help you achieve that preference. He also used to smoke and with the help of the products he has successfully quit smoking, and is willing to help others in need. Any one who wants to drop this habit has to be willing to stop, but it is possible.

The people in their are friendly and they help you out but I bought an ooze Cruze from their and it didn’t charge or hit so I called they let me bring it back and I got anther one and the one they gave me doesn’t charge I tried to call no answer

What a nice man working in there!! I came home and my water pipe broke and I called and told him what had happened, and he told me to come back in and he would replace it! Free of charge!! What a nice person and such a clean place!!!
