I would like to leave a wonderful good review for Nick Jeremy and Lindsay. They all did a wonderful job and show me how to work my scooter. They got my scooter when I needed it the most and also the sales person who got me the scooter they all did a wonderful job and I thank them very very much and I give them highly great review Shante Daniels☕️😊🤗💕🌷🍷🥤 done

As an occupational therapist, getting the right wheelchair for my long-term care patients can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and steps involved. But working with Brian Hillie, ATP, at National Seating & Mobility always makes things so much easier.
Brian is super easy to work with—he communicates clearly, keeps things moving quickly, and helps guide me through the whole process. He really knows his stuff.
What I appreciate most is how great he is with my patients. He treats each person with respect and makes sure they feel heard and involved in the decision-making.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brian and National Seating & Mobility. They make a complicated process feel simple, and they truly care about the people they’re helping.

I just want to share how wonderful my experience has been with this team. Shannon, the receptionist, is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet, personable, and always makes you feel cared for. She even recognizes me by name when she answers the phone and always greets me with a cheerful “Hi Alyssa,” which makes me feel so valued. She’s quick to respond and always on top of it! She gets me scheduled right away, and always reaches out if there are any changes which I truly appreciate.
Steve, who comes out to work on my wheelchair, is just as fantastic. He is incredibly kind, funny, and easy to talk to, which makes the visits enjoyable. On top of that, he always gets the job done right and makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. I’m always very pleased with his work and the care he puts into it.

The whole crew at this facility is exceptional. They tend to your needs without any questions. I’ve used NSM for many years. They are always helpful and communicate with text updates on your order. My sales rep, Brian Hille, goes up and beyond my expectations with solutions for anything I need. He often will come to my house to do minor repairs and adjustments.

Shannon and Jeromy were amazing! I can not thank National Seating and Mobility for all there help in getting a motorized wheelchair for my mom. I feel so relieved knowing she has a safe way to get around and she is able to be much more mobile in her space. Thank you again! You both have been wonderful throughout the entire process ❤️

Dealing with them was painless. Shannon did all the work from following-up with my Dr. to working with my insurance company. Then Brian was very professional in assembly and delivery. I went with NSM 5 years ago in Knoxville, so I didn’t hesitate using the company again now that I live in Olmsted Falls.
