Came in to pawn a firearm. They gave me a fair offer and clearly explained the process to get it back. Professional and knowledgeable staff, very clean and organized store. Will do business here again.

Very clean business. Friendly staff.
However, I would stay away from bringing in your luxury watches. They had an expert come in to assess my Rolex and he had very shaky hands and scratched up the case back when checking the movement.
They also only offer near 1/3 of value — even on a pawn. Pretty unfortunate.

Great place! We went in this am to sell headphones and the lady who helped us was amazing! Super knowledgable and helpful. Would absolutely go back just because of her!

The only reason i liked this place was cause they were open on sundays. I wasted my time coming here just to learn that nobody is here. I even called these jokers phone and the voicemail SAID THEY WERE OPEN ON SUNDAYS legit go check for yourself dude is an idiot.

My name is Dr. Everett Caldwell, professor of Black Church Studies and Philosophy. I have been shopping at Gold and Pawn for over a decade. I have never experienced any racism for any employees at this place, especially the old white head man (employee )that someone has suggested is a racist. However, my experience with this same person that someone has labeled racist is so far from the truth. That person (employee you called racist)is a genuine and a good hearted person and he treats all persons equally and fairly, so please stop calling a person racist because you do not like a deal that was offered to you by them. Furthermore, I will personally vouch for any employees including the owner of this great place. However, I understand as a black person, we do experience racism while we shop, however ,this is not situation at the Gold and Pawn shop. We need to be very cautious in calling persons and institutions racist before facts are established. So I encourage all persons and minorities to shop a this great store and I guarantee you will have a great experience regardless of race, class or sex. Furthermore, I believe you will come to call this place home.

Unfortunately, my experience with Ohio Gold and Pawn was highly disappointing. The staff appeared disinterested and unprofessional, providing little assistance and showing a lack of knowledge about their own products. The items for sale were overpriced and of questionable quality. Additionally, the store ambiance was less than inviting, with a cluttered and unorganized layout. Overall, I cannot recommend Ohio Gold and Pawn based on my negative encounter.

I absolutely love this place I bought speakers guns ALLLLL types of stuff and NEVER ONCE had a problem EVER and I promise you won’t find a better price anywhere else I genuinely like this place I will continue my shopping here

This place should be avoided. They sell used stuff for about 3% less than new. There mark-up on metals are ridiculous also. Better deals can be found about anywhere else.
